Matt Jr was the person who serviced my air conditioning. He was on time exactly, he was very courteous, he showed me the problem with the air conditioning, repaired it quickly, he also showed up in a face mask and gloves. Thank you Matt I appreciate the job well done

Jordan did an excellent job. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. Especially having to come out on a Sunday. He explained everything he was going to do and explained it again when he was finished. With him being so professional, I signed up for a Membership with with him. Jordan was a life saver. My AC stopped cooling and my outside unit started making a humming noise and the fan wasn’t turning. I called Firehouse heating and air they sent out Paul to check it out. Paul was very professional – even wore booties before entering our home. He quickly found the problem, obtained the parts and had it running! They make sure you are treated right and the work they do is top notched. We got a new unit with them and they made sure everything worked right and had no issues cooling our house. They also make sure you are taken care of cause they brought us a window unit till our AC was fixed. Have been recommending them to people needing AC work done.

Wayne was the technician that they sent out to us I called him at 9 a.m. this morning in a panic because our air I’m sorry our heater had just went out the night before so my children all had to sleep in the living room with one tiny heater needless to say I wanted this fixed ASAP when was right on the spot right on time and he literally stayed here all day with me trying to fix it and he was successful there are a lot of steps that you have to do when doing a heater or air conditioner system and he went step by step and made sure to do it properly I really trust these guys I would not go anywhere else they have my business for life also they’re very reasonable that do a very fantastic job.

Firehouse Heating and Air sent Paul who was able to come out earlier than expected, diagnose the issue (bad capacitor) and repair all within an hour.
