Firehouse Heating & Air came to our home to inspect the air conditioning. They found the system was leaking (as we suspected) and they provided pictures of the issues identified. They discussed a list of options available to us, and we decided to have a new furnace and air conditioning installed. They provided us with financing options which suited our ability to pay over time. The installation work was accomplished on schedule, in one day. They even checked in with us after the installation and made sure we knew how to work the new thermostat. Fantastic service, great value.

As part of our contract with Firehouse, our heating system received a checkup. The tech, Sam, was in communication with me prior to the appointment and showed up right on time. He didn’t waste any time servicing the heater. When he came down from the attic, he described everything he had done. He had a list of recommendations such as a surge protector or duct cleaning, but there wasn’t any pressure to purchase. I appreciated that. We are very pleased with Firehouse. Their techs are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in appearance.

After trying another service company that did not fix my AC issue, I am SO thankful I found Firehouse Heating & AC. I called at 8 AM and they had someone at my house the same day. Paul was absolutely amazing! He was so personable and patient. He answered all my questions and didn’t leave until my AC units were both blowing cold air. The pricing was upfront and fair. Jordan did an excellent job. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. Especially having to come out on a Sunday. He explained everything he was going to do and explained it again when he was finished. With him being so professional, I signed up for a Membership with with him. Jordan was a life saver. I originally contacted Firehouse Heating & Air to do a system tune up for my borderline ancient A/C system. They came out quickly and performed the tune up, which significantly increased my unit’s performance. When the A/C decided it was time to stop working, Firehouse was extremely responsive in getting me the best priced quotes available for a replacement, and were able to perform the install of the new unit within days of requesting it. They were courteous towards my house and made sure that everything was well taken care of, and left the area as clean, if not cleaner than when they arrived. I am so pleased with my experience and will be continuing to use them for many years moving forward.

Firehouse Heating and Air was the best company to work with. Very professional and respectful of our home. Even wearing shoe covers so they don’t drag in dirt. Jason Prince was the man we worked with and he was outstanding. He explained everything clearly. He and his team helped us hang a light fixture that fell. So great. Firehouse heating and air was great. I had a furnace break a day before the huge freeze this year with a brand new 10 week old baby at home. The guys at firehouse where able to get out the very next day and install a whole unit in a quick and timely manner so my family and better my water pipes did not have to fight through the cold. I would highly recommend this company. Great guys who are firefighters and great service.

My AC stopped cooling and my outside unit started making a humming noise and the fan wasn’t turning. I called Firehouse heating and air they sent out Paul to check it out. Paul was very professional – even wore booties before entering our home. He quickly found the problem, obtained the parts and had it running!
