Incredibly quick turnaround time for my request. Every staff member that I spoke to was kind and professional. Text notifications with arrival time was incredibly helpful. Matthieu addressed my thermostat wiring relocation quickly and efficiently. Got my smart thermostat working and we were good to continue our construction. Gave great advice on how to take care of hvac systems during construction as well as some things to research to help with allergies. I have no hesitation recommending and will use again for hvac maintenance.

Very impressive company. I thought about going with the HVAC company that I used last year since it was slightly cheaper. I am so glad that I didn’t do that. More came with their inspection than the previous company. I work in a hospital. Some of the patients that I provide care to have Covid-19. So I was impressed when I opened the door and see the service technician wearing a mask, shoe covers, and social distancing. All employees are vaccinated. The tech was prompt and professional. He answered any questions that I had. I am very happy with their service and plan to enroll into their annual service plan.

I read the reviews before calling them, and thought, “Wow, they seem too good to be true!” However, they lived up to the hype. My service tech was named Wayne. I will be breaking this into categories for other readers.

Convenience – Other service companies I have used in the past, set 4 hour windows, which made it hard to schedule around work or a lunch break. Wayne called me at 8 and set an appt with a 30 minute window, 1130-1200 and he was on time!

Integrity – In a world where service techs and companies are constantly trying to up-sell, and fix things that aren’t broken, or back their way into fixing problems thereby replacing parts that weren’t broken. I was the most impressed with Firehouse. Wayne took less than 5 minutes to find the source of the problem and replaced only what was broken. He didn’t push parts and service I didn’t need and had the repair completed within 20 minutes!

Professionalism – Wayne was courteous as service techs should be, but past that he was also exemplified kindness and humility. He was also, clean and professionally dressed.

Budget / Pricing – I hit on this one a little in the integrity section, but felt the need to reaffirm. Pricing was fair and at no point did I feel dissatisfied. I got what I paid for. Labor parts, etc. were all reasonably priced.

Overall – I will definitely use this company again. They are the epitome of what all American Service companies should strive to be. They have earned my lifetime customer loyalty.

Jordan was so kind and honest and professional. Even as a first-time customer (without priority status as a loyal customer), he came out the same day and stayed until well-over hours (after 10 pm) after he’s already had a long, hot day himself in heat indexes over 120. Thank you Jordan for diagnosing the problem quickly, working quietly around my resting children, explaining the issue and your services, driving an additional hour out of the way to pick up a part, and then working late into the evening to keep us in our home that night. The service was over and above!

They make sure you are treated right and the work they do is top notched. We got a new unit with them and they made sure everything worked right and had no issues cooling our house. They also make sure you are taken care of cause they brought us a window unit till our AC was fixed. Have been recommending them to people needing AC work done.

I started using FireHouse Heating when my home owners insurance contract ended. They inherited a lot of issues with my unit and fixed all of them with expertise. they installed window units to keep my house cool while they repaired mine. On July 12,2019 again, my unit had another leak, which seems to happen every 6 months, I just happen to get a lemon unit that came from Rudd, which seems to be known for issues with leaking. Firehouse called the Rudd Service Coordinator and requested a new unit on July 15, 2019 to replace mine. Rudd does not usually replace units that are under waranty, only parts. The same day a few hours later, had a brand new unit picked up and installed in working order. Way to go FireHouse for being diligent and going the extra mile. Also Rudd did not charge me for the new unit. FireHouse has excellent customer service and we are great full for all they have done. 😀
