Matthieu addressed my thermostat wiring relocation quickly and efficiently. Got my smart thermostat working and we were good to continue our construction. Gave great advice on how to take care of hvac systems during construction as well as some things to research to help with allergies. I have no hesitation recommending and will use again for hvac maintenance.

Paul was so friendly & informative. He did a thorough job & caught a couple of not-apparent issues that could have meant pricey future repairs. He took extensive before & after photos during the cleaning & maintenance & kept us up to the minute. He was great.

Jordan Rodriguez was a great technician. He was very receptive to the issues I communicated to him. He was clear from the beginning that he was knowledgeable in the system we had in our house. He was very thorough, he spent around 2 hours checking and testing that the system was functioning as intended. He communicated clearly what the issue was and showed me in the system tracking the cause of our issue. He also showed me different options on how to address it and gave me recommendations on how to better maintain my AC system. I will definitely be calling Firehouse again for any AC issues, as they were honest, thorough, and very responsive.

Wayne installed our AC unit a few years ago and he worked very hard to get us the best price for a unit. He worked with us over our concerns of having vaulted ceilings and needing to go up just a little bit in size to be able to adequately cool our house. He worked very hard putting it in and in my opinion went the extra mile in customer service. This was the first year that I started to have any trouble with the unit cooling. We thought for sure that our condenser went out and that we were about to spend a ton of money to fix it. But Matt came out yesterday and spent hours cleaning our unit. It had dirt and grass and cotton wood cotton all over the outside that was keeping it from getting any air to the unit. Now that it has been cleaned it is running much better. And it didn’t cost us the fortune we expected it to. They even sent another young man out today to double check it and make sure it was still running well. I am very grateful for this company and it’s extraordinary customer service. I would highly recommend them.

My AC stopped cooling and my outside unit started making a humming noise and the fan wasn’t turning. I called Firehouse heating and air they sent out Paul to check it out. Paul was very professional – even wore booties before entering our home. He quickly found the problem, obtained the parts and had it running! I can’t say enough great things about this company, Thanks Firehouse Heating and Air!
