We guarantee the performance of our HVAC system to ensure your TOTAL INDOOR AIR COMFORT. We promise a temperature variance of no more than plus or minus three degrees at your electronic digital thermostat, whether heating or cooling your home. If your HVAC system fails to meet these standards, we will make whatever modifications are necessary at no charge to you for a period of 5 years, as long as you invest in and keep your “Priority Customer Agreement” continuous.

Our installation technicians are professional. Their skill, attitude, and workmanship are top quality. Their shoes will never touch your carpet as they wear booties (floor savers), and they will clean up when they are finished. Our installation technicians will complete the job with speed, precision, and in a friendly manner. They are drug-free and will not smoke or swear in your home. We are so confident in the professionalism of our technicians that if they have not performed their job according to these high standards, you don’t have to pay until you are completely satisfied with the results.

We know how much your house means to you, and we want to ease your concerns over something getting dirty during installation. If something is not left better than we found it, we will pay a cleaning service company to come to your house and clean it; that’s how confident we are. All we ask is that you notify our office of your dissatisfaction the same day that the installation was completed in your home.

During the first year of your heating and air conditioning system, if you’re dissatisfied with the operation of the furnace or air conditioner we installed, we will promptly correct the problem. If, after we correct the problem, the equipment is still not operating as per the manufacturer’s standards, we will remove the heating and air conditioning equipment and REFUND 100% of the contract amount within 30 days of your request.
