We know how much your house means to you, and we want to ease your concerns over something getting dirty during installation. If something is not left better than we found it, we will pay a cleaning service company to come to your house and clean it; that’s how confident we are. All we ask is that you notify our office of your dissatisfaction the same day that the installation was completed in your home.
Fair Price Guarantee
Anyone can make something cheaper by cutting corners and pricing it for less. So it’s important to know what is and is not included in any heating and cooling system you choose for your home. Firehouse Heating & Air promises you cannot find a comparable heating and air conditioning installation, with the same written guarantees, for less. If you can, we will refund the difference and give you an additional $100.00 bonus for your trouble. All we ask is that the heating and air conditioning system comparison be “apples to apples”!
No Risk Guarantee
During the first year of your heating and air conditioning system, if you’re dissatisfied with the operation of the furnace or air conditioner we installed, we will promptly correct the problem. If, after we correct the problem, the equipment is still not operating as per the manufacturer’s standards, we will remove the heating and air conditioning equipment and REFUND 100% of the contract amount within 30 days of your request.

Our customers deserve 100% of their investment value! Should the compressor in your air conditioner fail during the first 5 years of ownership or the heat exchanger in your furnace fails during the first 10 years of ownership, we will remove the “lemon” (not repair it) and install a new one, as long as you invest in and keep your “Priority Customer Agreement” continuous. Simple as that!
