As part of our contract with Firehouse, our heating system received a checkup. The tech, Sam, was in communication with me prior to the appointment and showed up right on time. He didn’t waste any time servicing the heater. When he came down from the attic, he described everything he had done. He had a list of recommendations such as a surge protector or duct cleaning, but there wasn’t any pressure to purchase. I appreciated that. We are very pleased with Firehouse. Their techs are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in appearance.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Firehouse and their tech, Fardeen. Quick response and knowledgeable service. Fardeen was thorough and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also suggested several preemptive actions we could take to improve performance and lengthen the life of our system. We will be using Firehouse for our future HVAC needs.

This place and their staff are amazing. Paul came to my residence and was professional, on time and ready find out what the problem was for my AC unit. He took the time to listen to me and the issues I had with my AC in this crazy Texas heat, did a thorough evaluation of the duct/fan systems inside the apartment and even went outside to check the unit itself. He found issues with the entire duct system, listed next steps that needed to take place in my apartment for optimum cooling and was confident that he and his team could resolve every problem. I felt heard, seen and taken care of. I fully believe that without Pauls’ professional evaluation, my pets and I would still be melting in my apartment. Wayne was the technician that they sent out to us I called him at 9 a.m. this morning in a panic because our air I’m sorry our heater had just went out the night before so my children all had to sleep in the living room with one tiny heater needless to say I wanted this fixed ASAP when was right on the spot right on time and he literally stayed here all day with me trying to fix it and he was successful there are a lot of steps that you have to do when doing a heater or air conditioner system and he went step by step and made sure to do it properly I really trust these guys I would not go anywhere else they have my business for life also they’re very reasonable that do a very fantastic job.
