Paul S was awesome!! Our AC went out during one of those 100+ degree days. Firehouse Heating and Air sent Paul who was able to come out earlier than expected, diagnose the issue (bad capacitor) and repair all within an hour. I cannot say enough about these people. When my mothers AC went out I was in New York. My Father is elderly and also facing some challenging health issues. Although the unit was out and could not be repaired these guys installed AC window units to keep them cool until I returned. You do not see this type of care and I can truly say that I am grateful. I think they go above and beyond to help people and take their Job as fireman and blend the same values into their business.We are truly grateful and I personally owe these men for taking such good care of my parents…

The Firehouse crew cleaned our ducts and checked out our system for the summer. We did have a couple of things that need to be addressed but were ok for the time being. They let us know our options with no hard sell. Their work was efficient and thorough, they were very curious and professional. Firehouse is our new AC company.

Matthieu was very polite and helpful. They always have filters on hand and are very thorough in checking unit, vents and ducts.

Wesley has done all the servicing on our HVAC unit. From small repairs like our puppy chewing the AC cords on the unit to complete service after the devastating Wylie Hailstorm, he is and will continue to be our go-to guy!

Incredibly quick turnaround time for my request. Every staff member that I spoke to was kind and professional. Text notifications with arrival time was incredibly helpful. Matthieu addressed my thermostat wiring relocation quickly and efficiently. Got my smart thermostat working and we were good to continue our construction. Gave great advice on how to take care of hvac systems during construction as well as some things to research to help with allergies. I have no hesitation recommending and will use again for hvac maintenance.

I’m not sure how to give a 5 star rating with this new “recommendation” system Facebook has, but definitely 5 stars! I called them in the morning and they were out at my house about 3 hours later. They found and fixed my problem within half an hour. I actually need to replace my whole system and they were able to finance me and get me $1000 off what the original quote was. Won’t be using anyone else ever again!

We were elated to finally find a AC/Heating company that was trustworthy, honest and timely. Wayne answered the phone when I called and was so caring and concerned. Within 15 minutes Wesley was at my door to help diagnose our ac issues! Now that’s unheard of service now-a-days! We were greeted with a handshake and a smile then he was off to work…The end result? Well, all I can say is, we are happy and the “cool” kids on the block!
