Reuben was on time and very thorough. He answered my questions and provided information on potential upgrades to our system. As will happen, an issue did occur after he left but after a bit of a miscue with the office, Reuben did return later in the day and quickly restored the system operation. We appreciate his dedication to excellence and will welcome him back for our next annual maintenance check.

Each Firehouse employee I encountered was professional, courteous and respectful. They were informative and communicative throughout the process. I went awhile without AC but as soon as I called Firehouse, I was taken care of immediately. They even worked to get a new unit installed at my house within 24 hours. Securing financing was easy with their user-friendly system and my questions have always been answered promptly. It’s been a super easy process working with them for which I am thankful.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Firehouse and their tech, Fardeen. Quick response and knowledgeable service. Fardeen was thorough and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also suggested several preemptive actions we could take to improve performance and lengthen the life of our system. We will be using Firehouse for our future HVAC needs.

Fareed came today and was very courteous and prompt at figuring out what was wrong with the heater and air-conditioner in my house. He was very professional about what might need to be done and came up with suggestions that would be follow up with another colleague in the company next week. Overall I am confident with his work.
