Very impressive company. I thought about going with the HVAC company that I used last year since it was slightly cheaper. I am so glad that I didn’t do that. More came with their inspection than the previous company. I work in a hospital. Some of the patients that I provide care to have Covid-19. So I was impressed when I opened the door and see the service technician wearing a mask, shoe covers, and social distancing. All employees are vaccinated. The tech was prompt and professional. He answered any questions that I had. I am very happy with their service and plan to enroll into their annual service plan.

Amazing simply put top notch guys with top notch service heat quit working Wesley came out got it up and running and even got us setup on a maintenance plan to keep it working properly. Won’t use a different heating and air company as long as I am in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area.

I originally called another company to check out my AC since it was not working, and I felt like I was getting ripped off – their explanation did not make sense. So I mentioned this at work, that I wanted a second opinion and quickly, 2 colleagues told me to call Firehouse Heating & AC. I called right away, and by afternoon, it was working! I feel I can trust this crew to do a great job for a fair price because they are also firemen. Something about firemen fixing fried wires is comforting.

Firehouse Heating & Air came to our home to inspect the air conditioning. They found the system was leaking (as we suspected) and they provided pictures of the issues identified. They discussed a list of options available to us, and we decided to have a new furnace and air conditioning installed. They provided us with financing options which suited our ability to pay over time. The installation work was accomplished on schedule, in one day. They even checked in with us after the installation and made sure we knew how to work the new thermostat. Fantastic service, great value.

I called my Home Warranty Company when the AC went out. I figured I would probably have to call whoever they suggested but to my surprise Firehouse called me at 8 am the following morning and offering help the same day. Wesley was at our house at the time promised! Polite, friendly and sympathetic to our problem, they are now my go to Heating & Air Specialists!

Wayne installed our AC unit a few years ago and he worked very hard to get us the best price for a unit. He worked with us over our concerns of having vaulted ceilings and needing to go up just a little bit in size to be able to adequately cool our house. He worked very hard putting it in and in my opinion went the extra mile in customer service. This was the first year that I started to have any trouble with the unit cooling. We thought for sure that our condenser went out and that we were about to spend a ton of money to fix it. But Matt came out yesterday and spent hours cleaning our unit. It had dirt and grass and cotton wood cotton all over the outside that was keeping it from getting any air to the unit. Now that it has been cleaned it is running much better. And it didn’t cost us the fortune we expected it to. They even sent another young man out today to double check it and make sure it was still running well. I am very grateful for this company and it’s extraordinary customer service. I would highly recommend them.

I started using FireHouse Heating when my home owners insurance contract ended. They inherited a lot of issues with my unit and fixed all of them with expertise. they installed window units to keep my house cool while they repaired mine. On July 12,2019 again, my unit had another leak, which seems to happen every 6 months, I just happen to get a lemon unit that came from Rudd, which seems to be known for issues with leaking. Firehouse called the Rudd Service Coordinator and requested a new unit on July 15, 2019 to replace mine. Rudd does not usually replace units that are under waranty, only parts. The same day a few hours later, had a brand new unit picked up and installed in working order. Way to go FireHouse for being diligent and going the extra mile. Also Rudd did not charge me for the new unit. FireHouse has excellent customer service and we are great full for all they have done. 😀

The installers were very courteous and hardworking. They worked with me before installation to address any concerns and questions I had, and followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. Fantastic company!
