I started using FireHouse Heating when my home owners insurance contract ended. They inherited a lot of issues with my unit and fixed all of them with expertise. they installed window units to keep my house cool while they repaired mine. On July 12,2019 again, my unit had another leak, which seems to happen every 6 months, I just happen to get a lemon unit that came from Rudd, which seems to be known for issues with leaking. Firehouse called the Rudd Service Coordinator and requested a new unit on July 15, 2019 to replace mine. Rudd does not usually replace units that are under waranty, only parts. The same day a few hours later, had a brand new unit picked up and installed in working order. Way to go FireHouse for being diligent and going the extra mile. Also Rudd did not charge me for the new unit. FireHouse has excellent customer service and we are great full for all they have done. 😀

This company has great ethical business practices. I was extremely thrilled with the new HVAC system that Wayne and his assistants installed in my condo. It was very well designed in the limited space I had in my attic. He also replace two broken duct lines that I was not aware of. I am SO GLAD I chose Firehouse Heating and Air for their services. They are very knowledgeable about prescribing the right solution, given the size and challenges of a space. I would recommend everyone to use this company.

Wesley, the owner, came to look at our system and was professional, honest, and thorough. I am not one for writing reviews but after an initial quote of $20,000 and replacing everything in and out of our home, I panicked and contacted Firehouse Heating and Air for a second opinion.. he came in less than an hour and after looking gave solutions and maintenance suggestions that didn’t require anything but me and my husband to do. So the bottom line for me in this experience is the clear difference in an honest company such as this one and a competitor is $20,000 saved. Thank you Wesley and staff, we will be using your services from now on in all capacities you offer.

Wayne was the technician that they sent out to us I called him at 9 a.m. this morning in a panic because our air I’m sorry our heater had just went out the night before so my children all had to sleep in the living room with one tiny heater needless to say I wanted this fixed ASAP when was right on the spot right on time and he literally stayed here all day with me trying to fix it and he was successful there are a lot of steps that you have to do when doing a heater or air conditioner system and he went step by step and made sure to do it properly I really trust these guys I would not go anywhere else they have my business for life also they’re very reasonable that do a very fantastic job.

Firehouse A/C did a terrific job for me. I had to have both furnaces replaced. Wesley patiently talked me through all I needed to know. They then went the full mile to do things right and make sure I was satisfied. When time to use cooling I discovered it was not cooling properly. Firehouse quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me under warranty. So far I am very satisfied. (I never give out a “5”.)
