Thorough and honest company
After trying another service company that did not fix my AC issue, I am SO thankful I found Firehouse Heating & AC. I called at 8 AM and they had someone at my house the same day. Paul was absolutely amazing! He was so personable and patient. He answered all my questions and didn’t leave until my AC units were both blowing cold air. The pricing was upfront and fair. I will be using them for all my AC & heating maintenance and repair needs!!!

This company has great ethical business practices. I was extremely thrilled with the new HVAC system that Wayne and his assistants installed in my condo. It was very well designed in the limited space I had in my attic. He also replace two broken duct lines that I was not aware of. I am SO GLAD I chose Firehouse Heating and Air for their services. They are very knowledgeable about prescribing the right solution, given the size and challenges of a space. I would recommend everyone to use this company.
Jordan did an excellent job. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. Especially having to come out on a Sunday. He explained everything he was going to do and explained it again when he was finished. With him being so professional, I signed up for a Membership with with him. Jordan was a life saver. We recently found out about Firehouse Heating and Air from a friend of ours. We called them to come fix our ac. They were so friendly and also very affordable…which means a lot to us. They also offer a great maintenance plan for your ac unit. Every time we call with a question they answer and they really take the time to help. We highly recommend using them.
They quickly responded to my call when I needed a repair. Both guys that came out were very courteous and very professional. They explained what needed to be done and the costs and everything involved. The work was great and everything looks amazing and they cleaned up before they left. I will use them again.

Big Shoutout to Mark for all his help. We called several companies and we felt they were trying to make a few extra bucks off my elderly mother. Mark did not, he was fantastic. Quick and easy and was a third of the price of the other companies
