Jordan Rodriguez was a great technician. He was very receptive to the issues I communicated to him. He was clear from the beginning that he was knowledgeable in the system we had in our house. He was very thorough, he spent around 2 hours checking and testing that the system was functioning as intended. He communicated clearly what the issue was and showed me in the system tracking the cause of our issue. He also showed me different options on how to address it and gave me recommendations on how to better maintain my AC system. I will definitely be calling Firehouse again for any AC issues, as they were honest, thorough, and very responsive.
Everyone with Firehouse Heating and Air was extremely professional and helpful. The associates arrived at our house on time, explained what they were going to do, and did a fabulous job with cleaning our air ducts!!! We could not ask for more, and we will definitely use them again. They were very polite and made the entire process easy for us!

As part of our contract with Firehouse, our heating system received a checkup. The tech, Sam, was in communication with me prior to the appointment and showed up right on time. He didn’t waste any time servicing the heater. When he came down from the attic, he described everything he had done. He had a list of recommendations such as a surge protector or duct cleaning, but there wasn’t any pressure to purchase. I appreciated that. We are very pleased with Firehouse. Their techs are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in appearance.
We recently had two a/c units replaced by Firehouse Heating and Air. We highly recommended them. They were very professional and efficient. They completed the job the same day! Outstanding service. Mark was on time and had it going and running fast. Would highly recommend.
Phenomenal service on short notice. Mark was at our house within 24 hours (even able to make it earlier than the scheduled appt). He quickly diagnosed two problems that were combining to create the problem we had with out upstairs cooling unit, Within 45 minutes, we were up and running cool again. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
Wesley has done all the servicing on our HVAC unit. From small repairs like our puppy chewing the AC cords on the unit to complete service after the devastating Wylie Hailstorm, he is and will continue to be our go-to guy!
I have known Wesley for 13 years, and have served beside him for many of those years. When my HVAC experienced problems, I called my friend and he did everything he could to help us survive the Texas summer until I could afford to fix it after the summer heat. Firehouse Heating and Air was the best company to work with. Very professional and respectful of our home. Even wearing shoe covers so they don’t drag in dirt. Jason Prince was the man we worked with and he was outstanding. He explained everything clearly. He and his team helped us hang a light fixture that fell. So great.
