I heard about Firehouse Heating and Air from a really reliable technician friend of mine, and I’m so glad I went with them for our new unit. Everyone from the receptionist, the owner (Wesley), and the crew (we had Juan’s & team) were beyond professional. The team was very responsive to any questions we had. I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone I know in need of an amazing company.
Sam was courteous, helpful, and most importantly he was effective with helping me with my heating issue! The office staff (Brandy) was very attentive and took extra time to make it work for me to get an appointment quickly. I would highly recommend this group, and I would happily call them again if I need help.
Who would ever think that you would have to call an AC company in December to come and fix the AC because it’s hot outside in December??!!! Well that was the case and Jordan is a Godsend! He was prompt and explained everything that was going on. He was able to make the repair that was needed! The Firehouse crew cleaned our ducts and checked out our system for the summer. We did have a couple of things that need to be addressed but were ok for the time being. They let us know our options with no hard sell. Their work was efficient and thorough, they were very curious and professional. Firehouse is our new AC company.
Firehouse Heating and Air was the best company to work with. Very professional and respectful of our home. Even wearing shoe covers so they don’t drag in dirt. Jason Prince was the man we worked with and he was outstanding. He explained everything clearly. He and his team helped us hang a light fixture that fell. So great. I highly recommend Firehouse Heating and Air!
We were elated to finally find a AC/Heating company that was trustworthy, honest and timely. Wayne answered the phone when I called and was so caring and concerned. Within 15 minutes Wesley was at my door to help diagnose our ac issues! Now that’s unheard of service now-a-days! We were greeted with a handshake and a smile then he was off to work…The end result? Well, all I can say is, we are happy and the “cool” kids on the block!
