When our A/C went out in the middle of a severe heat wave, I called Firehouse Heating & Air. Though they were booked up, they scheduled me 3 days out; however, they later notified me they could come out the next day. Our A/C needed a new part, which they thought would have to be ordered (out of stock) so scheduled us 2-days out to install the part. However, the owner went the extra mile to find the part and came out the next morning to make the repair. Wesley was courteous, prompt and sensitive to the cost-factors, trying for the best pricing, etc. I would highly recommend Firehouse Heating & Air for any heating or A/C needs. They are friendly, consciences, reliable and customer-focused.
Great business, and great people! Would absolutely recommend them. They have gotten us out of a pinch a couple of times now when it was least convenient (winter storm, holiday weekend). Quick and honest service. On one occasion, I submitted a work ticket very late at night, and heard something back before sunrise the next morning. They’re on top of things. Thank y’all!
Wesley has done all the servicing on our HVAC unit. From small repairs like our puppy chewing the AC cords on the unit to complete service after the devastating Wylie Hailstorm, he is and will continue to be our go-to guy!
Wesley, the owner, came to look at our system and was professional, honest, and thorough. I am not one for writing reviews but after an initial quote of $20,000 and replacing everything in and out of our home, I panicked and contacted Firehouse Heating and Air for a second opinion.. he came in less than an hour and after looking gave solutions and maintenance suggestions that didn’t require anything but me and my husband to do. So the bottom line for me in this experience is the clear difference in an honest company such as this one and a competitor is $20,000 saved. Phenomenal service on short notice. Mark was at our house within 24 hours (even able to make it earlier than the scheduled appt). He quickly diagnosed two problems that were combining to create the problem we had with out upstairs cooling unit, Within 45 minutes, we were up and running cool again. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
This company has great ethical business practices. I was extremely thrilled with the new HVAC system that Wayne and his assistants installed in my condo. It was very well designed in the limited space I had in my attic. He also replace two broken duct lines that I was not aware of. I am SO GLAD I chose Firehouse Heating and Air for their services.
