Jordan Rodriguez was a great technician. He was very receptive to the issues I communicated to him. He was clear from the beginning that he was knowledgeable in the system we had in our house. He was very thorough, he spent around 2 hours checking and testing that the system was functioning as intended. He communicated clearly what the issue was and showed me in the system tracking the cause of our issue. He also showed me different options on how to address it and gave me recommendations on how to better maintain my AC system. I will definitely be calling Firehouse again for any AC issues, as they were honest, thorough, and very responsive.

Air went out on the hottest day of the summer! They came within an hour and fixed our air unit quick and very inexpensively !Kind, courteous and speedy! Will definitely use them again and whole heartedly reccomend them!

Fareed came today and was very courteous and prompt at figuring out what was wrong with the heater and air-conditioner in my house. Reuben arrived promptly, put on shoe covers to keep our floor clean, and checked both my hvac systems for potential problems and recommended replacing a capacitor that was out of tolerance to prevent the a/c motor prematurely failing. He was friendly and efficient, and is a reason I will keep using Firehouse Heating and Air.
