Wayne was the technician that they sent out to us I called him at 9 a.m. this morning in a panic because our air I’m sorry our heater had just went out the night before so my children all had to sleep in the living room with one tiny heater needless to say I wanted this fixed ASAP when was right on the spot right on time and he literally stayed here all day with me trying to fix it and he was successful there are a lot of steps that you have to do when doing a heater or air conditioner system and he went step by step and made sure to do it properly I really trust these guys I would not go anywhere else they have my business for life also they’re very reasonable that do a very fantastic job.

Very friendly and told me exactly what I need and how I could do some things on my own to avoid having an extra charge! Very honest! They came out working 24 hours of me calling and was a very great experience! Definitely recommend them!

Reuben was on time and very thorough. He answered my questions and provided information on potential upgrades to our system. As will happen, an issue did occur after he left but after a bit of a miscue with the office, Reuben did return later in the day and quickly restored the system operation. We appreciate his dedication to excellence and will welcome him back for our next annual maintenance check.

Firehouse heating and air replaced our entire system. The service was outstanding! The workers were considerate, knowledgeable, and friendly. After all the work was completed they went over all of it with me explaining what they had installed and how to maintain it. The cost was reasonable and competitive in the market. It is a relief to finally have a company I can call with confidence when I need service in the future.

Firehouse fixed my HVAC under warranty, even though my renters though they don’t need professionals, attempting the repairs themselves. This would in normal circumstances void the warranty.
