Firehouse heating and air was great. I had a furnace break a day before the huge freeze this year with a brand new 10 week old baby at home. The guys at firehouse where able to get out the very next day and install a whole unit in a quick and timely manner so my family and better my water pipes did not have to fight through the cold. I would highly recommend this company. Great guys who are firefighters and great service.

Great business, and great people! Would absolutely recommend them. They have gotten us out of a pinch a couple of times now when it was least convenient (winter storm, holiday weekend). Quick and honest service. On one occasion, I submitted a work ticket very late at night, and heard something back before sunrise the next morning. They’re on top of things. Thank y’all!

Paul was so friendly & informative. He did a thorough job & caught a couple of not-apparent issues that could have meant pricey future repairs. He took extensive before & after photos during the cleaning & maintenance & kept us up to the minute. He was great.

Called them out because AC stop working. Was very nice and helpful but I needed a new AC unit. The last one that was put in was done wrong and no other AC repair personal told us this. They even showed us the proof. Unit outside used 410 and inside was for a 210, this was what was causing the problem for years (incompatible). Had to get new unit inside and out. They will put it in later this week. I let you know how that goes but right now they are the best in the area for honesty plus great services. Thank you Firehouse.

They advised me well about which system to choose when I needed a new one, including very manageable financing, did a thorough job of prepping my house for the installation and put everything back neater than they found it. The service provided was exceptional! By exceptional, I mean a 30 minute response on a Saturday night. The air conditioner at the house was not working and the temperature was rising to 89 degrees at 8:00 pm. My child and I were absolutely miserable. Wes responded immediately and within 30 minutes he had the air conditioner running. The air conditioner had a blown capacitor caused by a defected blower motor which ultimately meant there was no guarantee on how long the air conditioner would work. Wes provided video showing the strain of the system on start up relieving me of climbing in the attic and feeling like I was being taken advantage. The unit stopped working the next day as explained as a possibility, and again Wes was out the next day replacing the blower motor parts. The price was unbeatable and the follow up care was impeccable. Thank you so much for taking the time and care for my daughter and I.
