I started using FireHouse Heating when my home owners insurance contract ended. They inherited a lot of issues with my unit and fixed all of them with expertise. they installed window units to keep my house cool while they repaired mine. On July 12,2019 again, my unit had another leak, which seems to happen every 6 months, I just happen to get a lemon unit that came from Rudd, which seems to be known for issues with leaking. Firehouse called the Rudd Service Coordinator and requested a new unit on July 15, 2019 to replace mine. Rudd does not usually replace units that are under waranty, only parts. The same day a few hours later, had a brand new unit picked up and installed in working order. Way to go FireHouse for being diligent and going the extra mile. Also Rudd did not charge me for the new unit. FireHouse has excellent customer service and we are great full for all they have done. 😀

This place and their staff are amazing. Paul came to my residence and was professional, on time and ready find out what the problem was for my AC unit. He took the time to listen to me and the issues I had with my AC in this crazy Texas heat, did a thorough evaluation of the duct/fan systems inside the apartment and even went outside to check the unit itself. He found issues with the entire duct system, listed next steps that needed to take place in my apartment for optimum cooling and was confident that he and his team could resolve every problem. I felt heard, seen and taken care of. I fully believe that without Pauls’ professional evaluation, my pets and I would still be melting in my apartment. Fardeen (technician) did a superb job with my AC tune up. He was very thorough with checking the entire function of the AC system, explained the basic AC system functions, did some cleaning and addressed my concerns regarding rooms not getting enough cooling coverage. He also explained the issues he detected and forwarded those details including photos to my email address. Highly recommended, quality of service is excellent!

Jordan did an excellent job. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. Especially having to come out on a Sunday. He explained everything he was going to do and explained it again when he was finished. With him being so professional, I signed up for a Membership with with him. Jordan was a life saver. Great tech! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed up on time and Very respectful. Didnt try to sell me anything i didn’t need either. We would definitely recommend the Firehouse Heating and Air company to anyone. Reasonable price on service call too.
