I was very impressed with the professionalism of every employee I had the pleasure of working with during the installation of my new HVAC system.
I want to give a huge shoutout for Dusty and his team at Firehouse. I recently had them complete a job for me at my house, but there was an electrical issue that I had overlooked. My fault completely, but while that was being fixed, Dusty communicated with me every day, staying in the loop, ensuring that he was doing all he could to help. These guys were communicative, showed up when they said they would, and did impressive work, in a timely fashion. Pricing? Glad you asked. They were totally transparent and more than fair in their pricing for the job. If you have any questions or would like for them to give you a quote, do yourself a favor and ask for Dusty and his tech Jordan. Great guys with a great company.

Jordan was so kind and honest and professional. Even as a first-time customer (without priority status as a loyal customer), he came out the same day and stayed until well-over hours (after 10 pm) after he’s already had a long, hot day himself in heat indexes over 120. Thank you Jordan for diagnosing the problem quickly, working quietly around my resting children, explaining the issue and your services, driving an additional hour out of the way to pick up a part, and then working late into the evening to keep us in our home that night. The service was over and above!
Jordan did an excellent job. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. Especially having to come out on a Sunday. He explained everything he was going to do and explained it again when he was finished. With him being so professional, I signed up for a Membership with with him. Jordan was a life saver. Each Firehouse employee I encountered was professional, courteous and respectful. They were informative and communicative throughout the process. I went awhile without AC but as soon as I called Firehouse, I was taken care of immediately. They even worked to get a new unit installed at my house within 24 hours. Securing financing was easy with their user-friendly system and my questions have always been answered promptly. It’s been a super easy process working with them for which I am thankful.
Firehouse Heating and Air was the best company to work with. Very professional and respectful of our home. Even wearing shoe covers so they don’t drag in dirt. Jason Prince was the man we worked with and he was outstanding. He explained everything clearly. He and his team helped us hang a light fixture that fell. So great.
