Jordan Rodriguez was a great technician. He was very receptive to the issues I communicated to him. He was clear from the beginning that he was knowledgeable in the system we had in our house. He was very thorough, he spent around 2 hours checking and testing that the system was functioning as intended. He communicated clearly what the issue was and showed me in the system tracking the cause of our issue. He also showed me different options on how to address it and gave me recommendations on how to better maintain my AC system. I will definitely be calling Firehouse again for any AC issues, as they were honest, thorough, and very responsive.

Each Firehouse employee I encountered was professional, courteous and respectful. They were informative and communicative throughout the process. I went awhile without AC but as soon as I called Firehouse, I was taken care of immediately. They even worked to get a new unit installed at my house within 24 hours. Securing financing was easy with their user-friendly system and my questions have always been answered promptly. It’s been a super easy process working with them for which I am thankful.

After trying another service company that did not fix my AC issue, I am SO thankful I found Firehouse Heating & AC. I called at 8 AM and they had someone at my house the same day. Paul was absolutely amazing! He was so personable and patient. He answered all my questions and didn’t leave until my AC units were both blowing cold air. The pricing was upfront and fair. I will be using them for all my AC & heating maintenance and repair needs!!!

Firehouse , great people. Everyone that I have talked to has been extremely knowledgeable and honest. Won’t hesitate to call for HVAC issues We had a complete unit installed and they are our go to from now on. Going to do duct cleaning next after a little more remodeling work. We were elated to finally find a AC/Heating company that was trustworthy, honest and timely. Wayne answered the phone when I called and was so caring and concerned. Within 15 minutes Wesley was at my door to help diagnose our ac issues! Now that’s unheard of service now-a-days! We were greeted with a handshake and a smile then he was off to work…The end result? Well, all I can say is, we are happy and the “cool” kids on the block!

The installers were very courteous and hardworking. They worked with me before installation to address any concerns and questions I had, and followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. Fantastic company!
