Jordan Rodriguez provided excellent and courteous service. His professionalism gave me the confidence that he was performing a thorough inspection of my AC system. He was very thorough in explaining the services Firehouse Heating and Air can provide to keep my system clean and running efficiently.

Jordan was so kind and honest and professional. Even as a first-time customer (without priority status as a loyal customer), he came out the same day and stayed until well-over hours (after 10 pm) after he’s already had a long, hot day himself in heat indexes over 120. Thank you Jordan for diagnosing the problem quickly, working quietly around my resting children, explaining the issue and your services, driving an additional hour out of the way to pick up a part, and then working late into the evening to keep us in our home that night. The service was over and above!

Reuben arrived promptly, put on shoe covers to keep our floor clean, and checked both my hvac systems for potential problems and recommended replacing a capacitor that was out of tolerance to prevent the a/c motor prematurely failing. He was friendly and efficient, and is a reason I will keep using Firehouse Heating and Air.

Fareed came today and was very courteous and prompt at figuring out what was wrong with the heater and air-conditioner in my house.
