Fardeen (technician) did a superb job with my AC tune up. He was very thorough with checking the entire function of the AC system, explained the basic AC system functions, did some cleaning and addressed my concerns regarding rooms not getting enough cooling coverage. He also explained the issues he detected and forwarded those details including photos to my email address. Highly recommended, quality of service is excellent!
My AC stopped cooling and my outside unit started making a humming noise and the fan wasn’t turning. I called Firehouse heating and air they sent out Paul to check it out. Paul was very professional – even wore booties before entering our home. He quickly found the problem, obtained the parts and had it running! They make sure you are treated right and the work they do is top notched. We got a new unit with them and they made sure everything worked right and had no issues cooling our house. They also make sure you are taken care of cause they brought us a window unit till our AC was fixed. Have been recommending them to people needing AC work done.

I cannot say enough about these people. When my mothers AC went out I was in New York. My Father is elderly and also facing some challenging health issues. Although the unit was out and could not be repaired these guys installed AC window units to keep them cool until I returned. You do not see this type of care and I can truly say that I am grateful. I think they go above and beyond to help people and take their Job as fireman and blend the same values into their business.We are truly grateful and I personally owe these men for taking such good care of my parents…
