The service provided was exceptional! By exceptional, I mean a 30 minute response on a Saturday night. The air conditioner at the house was not working and the temperature was rising to 89 degrees at 8:00 pm. My child and I were absolutely miserable. Wes responded immediately and within 30 minutes he had the air conditioner running. The air conditioner had a blown capacitor caused by a defected blower motor which ultimately meant there was no guarantee on how long the air conditioner would work. Wes provided video showing the strain of the system on start up relieving me of climbing in the attic and feeling like I was being taken advantage. The unit stopped working the next day as explained as a possibility, and again Wes was out the next day replacing the blower motor parts. The price was unbeatable and the follow up care was impeccable. Thank you so much for taking the time and care for my daughter and I.

Each Firehouse employee I encountered was professional, courteous and respectful. They were informative and communicative throughout the process. I went awhile without AC but as soon as I called Firehouse, I was taken care of immediately. They even worked to get a new unit installed at my house within 24 hours. Securing financing was easy with their user-friendly system and my questions have always been answered promptly. It’s been a super easy process working with them for which I am thankful.

The Firehouse crew cleaned our ducts and checked out our system for the summer. We did have a couple of things that need to be addressed but were ok for the time being. They let us know our options with no hard sell. Their work was efficient and thorough, they were very curious and professional. Firehouse is our new AC company.

As part of our contract with Firehouse, our heating system received a checkup. The tech, Sam, was in communication with me prior to the appointment and showed up right on time. He didn’t waste any time servicing the heater. When he came down from the attic, he described everything he had done. He had a list of recommendations such as a surge protector or duct cleaning, but there wasn’t any pressure to purchase. I appreciated that. We are very pleased with Firehouse. Their techs are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in appearance.

Fardeen (technician) did a superb job with my AC tune up. He was very thorough with checking the entire function of the AC system, explained the basic AC system functions, did some cleaning and addressed my concerns regarding rooms not getting enough cooling coverage. He also explained the issues he detected and forwarded those details including photos to my email address. Highly recommended, quality of service is excellent!
