This place and their staff are amazing. Paul came to my residence and was professional, on time and ready find out what the problem was for my AC unit. He took the time to listen to me and the issues I had with my AC in this crazy Texas heat, did a thorough evaluation of the duct/fan systems inside the apartment and even went outside to check the unit itself. He found issues with the entire duct system, listed next steps that needed to take place in my apartment for optimum cooling and was confident that he and his team could resolve every problem. I felt heard, seen and taken care of. I fully believe that without Pauls’ professional evaluation, my pets and I would still be melting in my apartment. The service provided was exceptional! By exceptional, I mean a 30 minute response on a Saturday night. The air conditioner at the house was not working and the temperature was rising to 89 degrees at 8:00 pm. My child and I were absolutely miserable. Wes responded immediately and within 30 minutes he had the air conditioner running. The air conditioner had a blown capacitor caused by a defected blower motor which ultimately meant there was no guarantee on how long the air conditioner would work. Wes provided video showing the strain of the system on start up relieving me of climbing in the attic and feeling like I was being taken advantage. The unit stopped working the next day as explained as a possibility, and again Wes was out the next day replacing the blower motor parts. The price was unbeatable and the follow up care was impeccable. Thank you so much for taking the time and care for my daughter and I.

Wesley, the owner, came to look at our system and was professional, honest, and thorough. I am not one for writing reviews but after an initial quote of $20,000 and replacing everything in and out of our home, I panicked and contacted Firehouse Heating and Air for a second opinion.. he came in less than an hour and after looking gave solutions and maintenance suggestions that didn’t require anything but me and my husband to do. So the bottom line for me in this experience is the clear difference in an honest company such as this one and a competitor is $20,000 saved. Wayne installed our AC unit a few years ago and he worked very hard to get us the best price for a unit. He worked with us over our concerns of having vaulted ceilings and needing to go up just a little bit in size to be able to adequately cool our house. He worked very hard putting it in and in my opinion went the extra mile in customer service. This was the first year that I started to have any trouble with the unit cooling. We thought for sure that our condenser went out and that we were about to spend a ton of money to fix it. But Matt came out yesterday and spent hours cleaning our unit. It had dirt and grass and cotton wood cotton all over the outside that was keeping it from getting any air to the unit. Now that it has been cleaned it is running much better. And it didn’t cost us the fortune we expected it to. They even sent another young man out today to double check it and make sure it was still running well. I am very grateful for this company and it’s extraordinary customer service. I would highly recommend them.
