Jordan Rodriguez was a great technician. He was very receptive to the issues I communicated to him. He was clear from the beginning that he was knowledgeable in the system we had in our house. He was very thorough, he spent around 2 hours checking and testing that the system was functioning as intended. He communicated clearly what the issue was and showed me in the system tracking the cause of our issue. He also showed me different options on how to address it and gave me recommendations on how to better maintain my AC system. I will definitely be calling Firehouse again for any AC issues, as they were honest, thorough, and very responsive.

Very impressive company. I thought about going with the HVAC company that I used last year since it was slightly cheaper. I am so glad that I didn’t do that. More came with their inspection than the previous company. I work in a hospital. Some of the patients that I provide care to have Covid-19. So I was impressed when I opened the door and see the service technician wearing a mask, shoe covers, and social distancing. All employees are vaccinated. The tech was prompt and professional. He answered any questions that I had. I am very happy with their service and plan to enroll into their annual service plan.

We recently found out about Firehouse Heating and Air from a friend of ours. We called them to come fix our ac. They were so friendly and also very affordable…which means a lot to us. They also offer a great maintenance plan for your ac unit. Every time we call with a question they answer and they really take the time to help. We highly recommend using them.
