Wayne was the technician that they sent out to us I called him at 9 a.m. this morning in a panic because our air I’m sorry our heater had just went out the night before so my children all had to sleep in the living room with one tiny heater needless to say I wanted this fixed ASAP when was right on the spot right on time and he literally stayed here all day with me trying to fix it and he was successful there are a lot of steps that you have to do when doing a heater or air conditioner system and he went step by step and made sure to do it properly I really trust these guys I would not go anywhere else they have my business for life also they’re very reasonable that do a very fantastic job.

Fardeen was thorough and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also suggested several preemptive actions we could take to improve performance and lengthen the life of our system. Each Firehouse employee I encountered was professional, courteous and respectful. They were informative and communicative throughout the process. I went awhile without AC but as soon as I called Firehouse, I was taken care of immediately. They even worked to get a new unit installed at my house within 24 hours.
