Great business, and great people! Would absolutely recommend them. They have gotten us out of a pinch a couple of times now when it was least convenient (winter storm, holiday weekend). Great group to work with!! My heater went out before a cold snap. From the minute I called Karen was trying to help me troubleshoot. She got someone out quickly. The gentleman that came out was professional and found a CO leak. He was able to fix everything to get me through the cold, they then replaced my entire system at a very reasonable cost. They gave me upfront pricing and options. I had an issue with the unit itself about a week later, they got a crew out immediately and found a manufacturing issue which they immediately repaired and followed up with a call by the owner to let me know they would take care of us. I was really impressed by this team. It felt like a real family team. I would highly recommend them.

The service provided was exceptional! By exceptional, I mean a 30 minute response on a Saturday night. The air conditioner at the house was not working and the temperature was rising to 89 degrees at 8:00 pm. My child and I were absolutely miserable. Wes responded immediately and within 30 minutes he had the air conditioner running. The air conditioner had a blown capacitor caused by a defected blower motor which ultimately meant there was no guarantee on how long the air conditioner would work. Wes provided video showing the strain of the system on start up relieving me of climbing in the attic and feeling like I was being taken advantage. The unit stopped working the next day as explained as a possibility, and again Wes was out the next day replacing the blower motor parts. The price was unbeatable and the follow up care was impeccable. Thank you so much for taking the time and care for my daughter and I.

When our AC motor went out last year, right away they came out and replaced it, saving us 500 over another company. This year our Coil and Condenser died. Our system was 14 years old. I got quotes and no one could beat Wesley and his team on price, or get a new unit installed as fast. Plus, they even loaned us window units until they could come back. That’s true service.
