Wesley, the owner, came to look at our system and was professional, honest, and thorough. I am not one for writing reviews but after an initial quote of $20,000 and replacing everything in and out of our home, I panicked and contacted Firehouse Heating and Air for a second opinion.. he came in less than an hour and after looking gave solutions and maintenance suggestions that didn’t require anything but me and my husband to do. Firehouse Heating and Air was the best company to work with. Very professional and respectful of our home. Even wearing shoe covers so they don’t drag in dirt. Jason Prince was the man we worked with and he was outstanding. He explained everything clearly. He and his team helped us hang a light fixture that fell. So great. I highly recommend Firehouse Heating and Air!

Fareed came today and was very courteous and prompt at figuring out what was wrong with the heater and air-conditioner in my house. He was very professional about what might need to be done and came up with suggestions that would be follow up with another colleague in the company next week. Overall I am confident with his work.
