There was a problem with the initial install of my split and Wesley and Dusty assured me that the issue would be resolved no matter what. They stood by there word and made sure the job was completed. They really value their customers and it shows in their interactions and work. I highly recommend them!

**BEST A/C REPAIR SERVICE EVER**

I read the reviews before calling them, and thought, “Wow, they seem too good to be true!” However, they lived up to the hype. My service tech was named Wayne. I will be breaking this into categories for other readers.

Convenience – Other service companies I have used in the past, set 4 hour windows, which made it hard to schedule around work or a lunch break. Wayne called me at 8 and set an appt with a 30 minute window, 1130-1200 and he was on time!

Integrity – In a world where service techs and companies are constantly trying to up-sell, and fix things that aren’t broken, or back their way into fixing problems thereby replacing parts that weren’t broken. I was the most impressed with Firehouse. Wayne took less than 5 minutes to find the source of the problem and replaced only what was broken. He didn’t push parts and service I didn’t need and had the repair completed within 20 minutes!

Professionalism – Wayne was courteous as service techs should be, but past that he was also exemplified kindness and humility. He was also, clean and professionally dressed.

Budget / Pricing – I hit on this one a little in the integrity section, but felt the need to reaffirm. Pricing was fair and at no point did I feel dissatisfied. I got what I paid for. Labor parts, etc. were all reasonably priced.

Overall – I will definitely use this company again. They are the epitome of what all American Service companies should strive to be. They have earned my lifetime customer loyalty.

Firehouse , great people. Everyone that I have talked to has been extremely knowledgeable and honest. Won’t hesitate to call for HVAC issues We had a complete unit installed and they are our go to from now on. Going to do duct cleaning next after a little more remodeling work. Reuben arrived promptly, put on shoe covers to keep our floor clean, and checked both my hvac systems for potential problems and recommended replacing a capacitor that was out of tolerance to prevent the a/c motor prematurely failing. He was friendly and efficient, and is a reason I will keep using Firehouse Heating and Air.

Scheduling was simple. Technician was on time, polite, thorough, and helpful. Signed up for the annual maintenance plan (great deal!) and purchased air filters (reasonably priced).
