Thorough and honest company

Great business, and great people! Would absolutely recommend them. They have gotten us out of a pinch a couple of times now when it was least convenient (winter storm, holiday weekend). Quick and honest service. On one occasion, I submitted a work ticket very late at night, and heard something back before sunrise the next morning. They’re on top of things. Thank y’all!

I called my Home Warranty Company when the AC went out. I figured I would probably have to call whoever they suggested but to my surprise Firehouse called me at 8 am the following morning and offering help the same day. Wesley was at our house at the time promised! Polite, friendly and sympathetic to our problem, they are now my go to Heating & Air Specialists!

Scheduling was simple. Technician was on time, polite, thorough, and helpful. Signed up for the annual maintenance plan (great deal!) and purchased air filters (reasonably priced).

Wayne was the technician that they sent out to us I called him at 9 a.m. this morning in a panic because our air I’m sorry our heater had just went out the night before so my children all had to sleep in the living room with one tiny heater needless to say I wanted this fixed ASAP when was right on the spot right on time and he literally stayed here all day with me trying to fix it and he was successful there are a lot of steps that you have to do when doing a heater or air conditioner system and he went step by step and made sure to do it properly I really trust these guys I would not go anywhere else they have my business for life also they’re very reasonable that do a very fantastic job.

Great tech! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed up on time and Very respectful. Didnt try to sell me anything i didn’t need either. We would definitely recommend the Firehouse Heating and Air company to anyone. Reasonable price on service call too.

This place and their staff are amazing. Paul came to my residence and was professional, on time and ready find out what the problem was for my AC unit. He took the time to listen to me and the issues I had with my AC in this crazy Texas heat, did a thorough evaluation of the duct/fan systems inside the apartment and even went outside to check the unit itself. He found issues with the entire duct system, listed next steps that needed to take place in my apartment for optimum cooling and was confident that he and his team could resolve every problem. I felt heard, seen and taken care of. I fully believe that without Pauls’ professional evaluation, my pets and I would still be melting in my apartment. Thank you Firehouse Heating and Air and thank you Paul for taking the issue seriously.

I originally called another company to check out my AC since it was not working, and I felt like I was getting ripped off – their explanation did not make sense. So I mentioned this at work, that I wanted a second opinion and quickly, 2 colleagues told me to call Firehouse Heating & AC. I called right away, and by afternoon, it was working! I feel I can trust this crew to do a great job for a fair price because they are also firemen. Something about firemen fixing fried wires is comforting.

I couldn’t ask for more!!! Being that I was in hvac in most all of my career before retiring, I am very hard to please because I know what to look for most of the time.

This is the first company/contractor that I have used since moving to Texas 8+ years ago that I am 100% pleased and satisfied. Bryan came to look over what we had to quote 2 replacement furnaces and air conditioners. It was expensive and I knew it would be but I feel Bryan was very professional and honest and didn’t try to sell me more than I needed or wanted. Then the installation crew came and they were actually 3 minutes early instead of late like most. The whole crew was so very friendly and respectful of not only our home but us also. Never did they show the slightest sign of annoyance when I would ask a question.

The only thing I am upset about is that I didn’t find them sooner. I never knew how good an a/c could work. Thought my old ones were working ok but now I know they weren’t. I also had them install a UV light/electrostatic filter. My wife has issues with sinus problems and can smell any smells and is very hard to please because of that. The first thing she said when she walked into the house was the house smells so fresh. Wow!!!

The last thing was the installation supervisor, before he left, looked over the install. One of the condensing units was about 1/2” off square with the house. With my OCD, I had already saw that but thought I would square it up after they left. Nope, he squared it up before I had a chance to.

What’s really reassuring also is 100% of the problems with my old system that I knew were there, they mentioned and corrected with the new install before I even said anything. I was telling my daughter all of this and her comment was, if everyone only knew how hard it is for anyone to get this kind of praise from me. 🤣🤣Actually true though.
