I started using FireHouse Heating when my home owners insurance contract ended. They inherited a lot of issues with my unit and fixed all of them with expertise. they installed window units to keep my house cool while they repaired mine. On July 12,2019 again, my unit had another leak, which seems to happen every 6 months, I just happen to get a lemon unit that came from Rudd, which seems to be known for issues with leaking. Firehouse called the Rudd Service Coordinator and requested a new unit on July 15, 2019 to replace mine. Rudd does not usually replace units that are under waranty, only parts. The same day a few hours later, had a brand new unit picked up and installed in working order. Way to go FireHouse for being diligent and going the extra mile. Also Rudd did not charge me for the new unit. FireHouse has excellent customer service and we are great full for all they have done. 😀

Not only did they fix the issues, but they also provided valuable recommendations to help our system last longer and run more efficiently. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and their work. We trust them completely and appreciate how they always make time to give back to the community as well. Jason was really great to work with. He was knowledgeable and was able to explain in detail as to what was needed and why. I had some unrelated issues come up and he followed up numerous times to offer his assistance and to check in. I was so impressed as he didn’t have to do that as it was unrelated to the A/C system. We were elated to finally find a AC/Heating company that was trustworthy, honest and timely. Wayne answered the phone when I called and was so caring and concerned. Within 15 minutes Wesley was at my door to help diagnose our ac issues! Now that’s unheard of service now-a-days! We were greeted with a handshake and a smile then he was off to work…The end result? Well, all I can say is, we are happy and the “cool” kids on the block!

Fardeen and Reuben came over early for a Saturday appointment to resolve an air conditioning issue (appointment was at 3-5pm, but they called when were able to come at 1pm – which was great!). After the inside checks were completed, I decided to go outside with them, and Fardeen rapidly diagnosed the issues and working with Reuben, shared the measurements and symptoms of the issues, replaced the marginally working capacitor that I had delayed replacing in the Spring (my bad move), installed a new component to reduce strain on the system during startup (overloading), corrected a leak and recharged the system, and even fixed a loud vibration caused by a loose screw that I could not hear inside the house, but I’m sure the neighbors will appreciate. Fardeen and Reuben both had great attitudes, great service, and were very professional. They reflect well on Firehouse Heating and Air and themselves. Thank you so much for sending them over! BTW: The maintenance service from Firehouse Heating and Air was well worth the cost, provided priority service, and earned a discount on this work. I don’t normally write reviews, but these guys were the best.
