They advised me well about which system to choose when I needed a new one, including very manageable financing, did a thorough job of prepping my house for the installation and put everything back neater than they found it. I figured I would probably have to call whoever they suggested but to my surprise Firehouse called me at 8 am the following morning and offering help the same day. I recently had the pleasure of working with Firehouse Heating & Air and HVAC technician, Jordon, for a service call at my home in Grapevine, TX, and I am delighted to share my exceptional experience. Fardeen (technician) did a superb job with my AC tune up. He was very thorough with checking the entire function of the AC system, explained the basic AC system functions, did some cleaning and addressed my concerns regarding rooms not getting enough cooling coverage. He also explained the issues he detected and forwarded those details including photos to my email address. Highly recommended, quality of service is excellent!

Reuben was on time and very thorough. He answered my questions and provided information on potential upgrades to our system. As will happen, an issue did occur after he left but after a bit of a miscue with the office, Reuben did return later in the day and quickly restored the system operation. We appreciate his dedication to excellence and will welcome him back for our next annual maintenance check.
