Called them out because AC stop working. Was very nice and helpful but I needed a new AC unit. The last one that was put in was done wrong and no other AC repair personal told us this. They even showed us the proof. Unit outside used 410 and inside was for a 210, this was what was causing the problem for years (incompatible). Had to get new unit inside and out. They will put it in later this week. I let you know how that goes but right now they are the best in the area for honesty plus great services. Thank you Firehouse.

Everyone from the receptionist, the owner (Wesley), and the crew (we had Juan’s & team) were beyond professional. The team was very responsive to any questions we had. They make sure you are treated right and the work they do is top notched. We got a new unit with them and they made sure everything worked right and had no issues cooling our house. They also make sure you are taken care of cause they brought us a window unit till our AC was fixed. Have been recommending them to people needing AC work done.

Very impressive company. I thought about going with the HVAC company that I used last year since it was slightly cheaper. I am so glad that I didn’t do that. More came with their inspection than the previous company. I work in a hospital. Some of the patients that I provide care to have Covid-19. So I was impressed when I opened the door and see the service technician wearing a mask, shoe covers, and social distancing. All employees are vaccinated. The tech was prompt and professional. He answered any questions that I had. I am very happy with their service and plan to enroll into their annual service plan.
