This place and their staff are amazing. Paul came to my residence and was professional, on time and ready find out what the problem was for my AC unit. He took the time to listen to me and the issues I had with my AC in this crazy Texas heat, did a thorough evaluation of the duct/fan systems inside the apartment and even went outside to check the unit itself. He found issues with the entire duct system, listed next steps that needed to take place in my apartment for optimum cooling and was confident that he and his team could resolve every problem. I felt heard, seen and taken care of. I fully believe that without Pauls’ professional evaluation, my pets and I would still be melting in my apartment. After trying another service company that did not fix my AC issue, I am SO thankful I found Firehouse Heating & AC. I called at 8 AM and they had someone at my house the same day. Paul was absolutely amazing! He was so personable and patient. He answered all my questions and didn’t leave until my AC units were both blowing cold air. The pricing was upfront and fair. I will be using them for all my AC & heating maintenance and repair needs!!!

Phenomenal service on short notice. Mark was at our house within 24 hours (even able to make it earlier than the scheduled appt). He quickly diagnosed two problems that were combining to create the problem we had with out upstairs cooling unit, Within 45 minutes, we were up and running cool again. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
