Jason Prince was the man we worked with and he was outstanding. He explained everything clearly. He and his team helped us hang a light fixture that fell. So great. I originally contacted Firehouse Heating & Air to do a system tune up for my borderline ancient A/C system. They came out quickly and performed the tune up, which significantly increased my unit’s performance. When the A/C decided it was time to stop working, Firehouse was extremely responsive in getting me the best priced quotes available for a replacement, and were able to perform the install of the new unit within days of requesting it. They were courteous towards my house and made sure that everything was well taken care of, and left the area as clean, if not cleaner than when they arrived. I am so pleased with my experience and will be continuing to use them for many years moving forward.
