I want to give a huge shoutout for Dusty and his team at Firehouse. I recently had them complete a job for me at my house, but there was an electrical issue that I had overlooked. My fault completely, but while that was being fixed, Dusty communicated with me every day, staying in the loop, ensuring that he was doing all he could to help. These guys were communicative, showed up when they said they would, and did impressive work, in a timely fashion. Pricing? Glad you asked. They were totally transparent and more than fair in their pricing for the job. Fardeen and Reuben came over early for a Saturday appointment to resolve an air conditioning issue (appointment was at 3-5pm, but they called when were able to come at 1pm – which was great!). After the inside checks were completed, I decided to go outside with them, and Fardeen rapidly diagnosed the issues and working with Reuben, shared the measurements and symptoms of the issues, replaced the marginally working capacitor that I had delayed replacing in the Spring (my bad move), installed a new component to reduce strain on the system during startup (overloading), corrected a leak and recharged the system, and even fixed a loud vibration caused by a loose screw that I could not hear inside the house, but I’m sure the neighbors will appreciate. Fardeen and Reuben both had great attitudes, great service, and were very professional. They reflect well on Firehouse Heating and Air and themselves. Thank you so much for sending them over! BTW: The maintenance service from Firehouse Heating and Air was well worth the cost, provided priority service, and earned a discount on this work. I don’t normally write reviews, but these guys were the best.

Reuben was on time and very thorough. He answered my questions and provided information on potential upgrades to our system. As will happen, an issue did occur after he left but after a bit of a miscue with the office, Reuben did return later in the day and quickly restored the system operation. We appreciate his dedication to excellence and will welcome him back for our next annual maintenance check.

The installers were very courteous and hardworking. They worked with me before installation to address any concerns and questions I had, and followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. Fantastic company!

When our A/C went out in the middle of a severe heat wave, I called Firehouse Heating & Air. Though they were booked up, they scheduled me 3 days out; however, they later notified me they could come out the next day. Our A/C needed a new part, which they thought would have to be ordered (out of stock) so scheduled us 2-days out to install the part. However, the owner went the extra mile to find the part and came out the next morning to make the repair. Wesley was courteous, prompt and sensitive to the cost-factors, trying for the best pricing, etc. I would highly recommend Firehouse Heating & Air for any heating or A/C needs. They are friendly, consciences, reliable and customer-focused.

When our AC motor went out last year, right away they came out and replaced it, saving us 500 over another company. This year our Coil and Condenser died. Our system was 14 years old. I got quotes and no one could beat Wesley and his team on price, or get a new unit installed as fast. Plus, they even loaned us window units until they could come back. That’s true service.

We were elated to finally find a AC/Heating company that was trustworthy, honest and timely. Wayne answered the phone when I called and was so caring and concerned. Within 15 minutes Wesley was at my door to help diagnose our ac issues! Now that’s unheard of service now-a-days! We were greeted with a handshake and a smile then he was off to work…The end result? Well, all I can say is, we are happy and the “cool” kids on the block!

They came out to our home the day after we called, the price was reasonable, the administrative service was great, and the technician was so knowledgeable and had my air conditioning cooling again in no time! 👍🏻👍🏻

My AC stopped cooling and my outside unit started making a humming noise and the fan wasn’t turning. I called Firehouse heating and air they sent out Paul to check it out. Paul was very professional – even wore booties before entering our home. He quickly found the problem, obtained the parts and had it running! Great group to work with!! My heater went out before a cold snap. From the minute I called Karen was trying to help me troubleshoot. She got someone out quickly. The gentleman that came out was professional and found a CO leak. He was able to fix everything to get me through the cold, they then replaced my entire system at a very reasonable cost. They gave me upfront pricing and options. I had an issue with the unit itself about a week later, they got a crew out immediately and found a manufacturing issue which they immediately repaired and followed up with a call by the owner to let me know they would take care of us. I was really impressed by this team. It felt like a real family team. I would highly recommend them.
