When our A/C went out in the middle of a severe heat wave, I called Firehouse Heating & Air. Though they were booked up, they scheduled me 3 days out; however, they later notified me they could come out the next day. Our A/C needed a new part, which they thought would have to be ordered (out of stock) so scheduled us 2-days out to install the part. However, the owner went the extra mile to find the part and came out the next morning to make the repair. Wesley was courteous, prompt and sensitive to the cost-factors, trying for the best pricing, etc. I would highly recommend Firehouse Heating & Air for any heating or A/C needs. They are friendly, consciences, reliable and customer-focused.

Phenomenal service on short notice. Mark was at our house within 24 hours (even able to make it earlier than the scheduled appt). He quickly diagnosed two problems that were combining to create the problem we had with out upstairs cooling unit, Within 45 minutes, we were up and running cool again. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Jordan was so kind and honest and professional. Even as a first-time customer (without priority status as a loyal customer), he came out the same day and stayed until well-over hours (after 10 pm) after he’s already had a long, hot day himself in heat indexes over 120. Thank you Jordan for diagnosing the problem quickly, working quietly around my resting children, explaining the issue and your services, driving an additional hour out of the way to pick up a part, and then working late into the evening to keep us in our home that night. The service was over and above!

Great business, and great people! Would absolutely recommend them. They have gotten us out of a pinch a couple of times now when it was least convenient (winter storm, holiday weekend). Quick and honest service. On one occasion, I submitted a work ticket very late at night, and heard something back before sunrise the next morning. They’re on top of things. Thank y’all!

The installers were very courteous and hardworking. They worked with me before installation to address any concerns and questions I had, and followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. Fantastic company!

I cannot say enough about these people. When my mothers AC went out I was in New York. My Father is elderly and also facing some challenging health issues. Although the unit was out and could not be repaired these guys installed AC window units to keep them cool until I returned. You do not see this type of care and I can truly say that I am grateful. I think they go above and beyond to help people and take their Job as fireman and blend the same values into their business.We are truly grateful and I personally owe these men for taking such good care of my parents…
