I want to give a huge shoutout for Dusty and his team at Firehouse. I recently had them complete a job for me at my house, but there was an electrical issue that I had overlooked. My fault completely, but while that was being fixed, Dusty communicated with me every day, staying in the loop, ensuring that he was doing all he could to help. These guys were communicative, showed up when they said they would, and did impressive work, in a timely fashion. Pricing? Glad you asked. They were totally transparent and more than fair in their pricing for the job. If you have any questions or would like for them to give you a quote, do yourself a favor and ask for Dusty and his tech Jordan. Great guys with a great company.

Each Firehouse employee I encountered was professional, courteous and respectful. They were informative and communicative throughout the process. I went awhile without AC but as soon as I called Firehouse, I was taken care of immediately. They even worked to get a new unit installed at my house within 24 hours. Securing financing was easy with their user-friendly system and my questions have always been answered promptly. It’s been a super easy process working with them for which I am thankful.

Amazing simply put top notch guys with top notch service heat quit working Wesley came out got it up and running and even got us setup on a maintenance plan to keep it working properly. Won’t use a different heating and air company as long as I am in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area.

Reuben arrived promptly, put on shoe covers to keep our floor clean, and checked both my hvac systems for potential problems and recommended replacing a capacitor that was out of tolerance to prevent the a/c motor prematurely failing. He was friendly and efficient, and is a reason I will keep using Firehouse Heating and Air.

The Firehouse crew cleaned our ducts and checked out our system for the summer. We did have a couple of things that need to be addressed but were ok for the time being. They let us know our options with no hard sell. Their work was efficient and thorough, they were very curious and professional. Firehouse is our new AC company.

I originally contacted Firehouse Heating & Air to do a system tune up for my borderline ancient A/C system. They came out quickly and performed the tune up, which significantly increased my unit’s performance. When the A/C decided it was time to stop working, Firehouse was extremely responsive in getting me the best priced quotes available for a replacement, and were able to perform the install of the new unit within days of requesting it. They were courteous towards my house and made sure that everything was well taken care of, and left the area as clean, if not cleaner than when they arrived. I am so pleased with my experience and will be continuing to use them for many years moving forward.

As part of our contract with Firehouse, our heating system received a checkup. The tech, Sam, was in communication with me prior to the appointment and showed up right on time. He didn’t waste any time servicing the heater. When he came down from the attic, he described everything he had done. He had a list of recommendations such as a surge protector or duct cleaning, but there wasn’t any pressure to purchase. I appreciated that. We are very pleased with Firehouse. Their techs are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in appearance.
