I want to give a huge shoutout for Dusty and his team at Firehouse. I recently had them complete a job for me at my house, but there was an electrical issue that I had overlooked. My fault completely, but while that was being fixed, Dusty communicated with me every day, staying in the loop, ensuring that he was doing all he could to help. These guys were communicative, showed up when they said they would, and did impressive work, in a timely fashion. Pricing? Glad you asked. They were totally transparent and more than fair in their pricing for the job. Reuben arrived promptly, put on shoe covers to keep our floor clean, and checked both my hvac systems for potential problems and recommended replacing a capacitor that was out of tolerance to prevent the a/c motor prematurely failing. He was friendly and efficient, and is a reason I will keep using Firehouse Heating and Air.

Fardeen was thorough and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also suggested several preemptive actions we could take to improve performance and lengthen the life of our system. The service provided was exceptional! By exceptional, I mean a 30 minute response on a Saturday night. The air conditioner at the house was not working and the temperature was rising to 89 degrees at 8:00 pm. My child and I were absolutely miserable. Wes responded immediately and within 30 minutes he had the air conditioner running. The air conditioner had a blown capacitor caused by a defected blower motor which ultimately meant there was no guarantee on how long the air conditioner would work. Wes provided video showing the strain of the system on start up relieving me of climbing in the attic and feeling like I was being taken advantage. The unit stopped working the next day as explained as a possibility, and again Wes was out the next day replacing the blower motor parts. The price was unbeatable and the follow up care was impeccable. Thank you so much for taking the time and care for my daughter and I.

Scheduling was simple. Technician was on time, polite, thorough, and helpful. Signed up for the annual maintenance plan (great deal!) and purchased air filters (reasonably priced).
