Phenomenal service on short notice. Mark was at our house within 24 hours (even able to make it earlier than the scheduled appt). He quickly diagnosed two problems that were combining to create the problem we had with out upstairs cooling unit, Within 45 minutes, we were up and running cool again. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
Jordan did an excellent job. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. Especially having to come out on a Sunday. Incredibly quick turnaround time for my request. Every staff member that I spoke to was kind and professional. Text notifications with arrival time was incredibly helpful. Matthieu addressed my thermostat wiring relocation quickly and efficiently. Got my smart thermostat working and we were good to continue our construction. Gave great advice on how to take care of hvac systems during construction as well as some things to research to help with allergies. I have no hesitation recommending and will use again for hvac maintenance.

When our A/C went out in the middle of a severe heat wave, I called Firehouse Heating & Air. Though they were booked up, they scheduled me 3 days out; however, they later notified me they could come out the next day. Our A/C needed a new part, which they thought would have to be ordered (out of stock) so scheduled us 2-days out to install the part. However, the owner went the extra mile to find the part and came out the next morning to make the repair. Wesley was courteous, prompt and sensitive to the cost-factors, trying for the best pricing, etc. I would highly recommend Firehouse Heating & Air for any heating or A/C needs. They are friendly, consciences, reliable and customer-focused.
