Fardeen and Reuben came over early for a Saturday appointment to resolve an air conditioning issue (appointment was at 3-5pm, but they called when were able to come at 1pm – which was great!). After the inside checks were completed, I decided to go outside with them, and Fardeen rapidly diagnosed the issues and working with Reuben, shared the measurements and symptoms of the issues, replaced the marginally working capacitor that I had delayed replacing in the Spring (my bad move), installed a new component to reduce strain on the system during startup (overloading), corrected a leak and recharged the system, and even fixed a loud vibration caused by a loose screw that I could not hear inside the house, but I’m sure the neighbors will appreciate. Fardeen and Reuben both had great attitudes, great service, and were very professional. They reflect well on Firehouse Heating and Air and themselves. Thank you so much for sending them over! BTW: The maintenance service from Firehouse Heating and Air was well worth the cost, provided priority service, and earned a discount on this work. I don’t normally write reviews, but these guys were the best.

Jordan Rodriguez was a great technician. He was very receptive to the issues I communicated to him. He was clear from the beginning that he was knowledgeable in the system we had in our house. He was very thorough, he spent around 2 hours checking and testing that the system was functioning as intended. He communicated clearly what the issue was and showed me in the system tracking the cause of our issue. He also showed me different options on how to address it and gave me recommendations on how to better maintain my AC system. I will definitely be calling Firehouse again for any AC issues, as they were honest, thorough, and very responsive.

My AC stopped cooling and my outside unit started making a humming noise and the fan wasn’t turning. I called Firehouse heating and air they sent out Paul to check it out. Paul was very professional – even wore booties before entering our home. He quickly found the problem, obtained the parts and had it running! I cannot say enough about these people. When my mothers AC went out I was in New York. My Father is elderly and also facing some challenging health issues. Although the unit was out and could not be repaired these guys installed AC window units to keep them cool until I returned. You do not see this type of care and I can truly say that I am grateful. I think they go above and beyond to help people and take their Job as fireman and blend the same values into their business.We are truly grateful and I personally owe these men for taking such good care of my parents…
