I was very impressed with the professionalism of every employee I had the pleasure of working with during the installation of my new HVAC system.
Air went out on the hottest day of the summer! They came within an hour and fixed our air unit quick and very inexpensively !Kind, courteous and speedy! Will definitely use them again and whole heartedly reccomend them!

Wayne was the technician that they sent out to us I called him at 9 a.m. this morning in a panic because our air I’m sorry our heater had just went out the night before so my children all had to sleep in the living room with one tiny heater needless to say I wanted this fixed ASAP when was right on the spot right on time and he literally stayed here all day with me trying to fix it and he was successful there are a lot of steps that you have to do when doing a heater or air conditioner system and he went step by step and made sure to do it properly I really trust these guys I would not go anywhere else they have my business for life also they’re very reasonable that do a very fantastic job.

When our AC motor went out last year, right away they came out and replaced it, saving us 500 over another company. This year our Coil and Condenser died. Our system was 14 years old. I got quotes and no one could beat Wesley and his team on price, or get a new unit installed as fast. Plus, they even loaned us window units until they could come back. That’s true service.
Who would ever think that you would have to call an AC company in December to come and fix the AC because it’s hot outside in December??!!! Well that was the case and Jordan is a Godsend! He was prompt and explained everything that was going on. He was able to make the repair that was needed! Wesley, the owner, came to look at our system and was professional, honest, and thorough. I am not one for writing reviews but after an initial quote of $20,000 and replacing everything in and out of our home, I panicked and contacted Firehouse Heating and Air for a second opinion.. he came in less than an hour and after looking gave solutions and maintenance suggestions that didn’t require anything but me and my husband to do. So the bottom line for me in this experience is the clear difference in an honest company such as this one and a competitor is $20,000 saved.
