Although the unit was out and could not be repaired these guys installed AC window units to keep them cool until I returned. You do not see this type of care and I can truly say that I am grateful. We were having a humidity issue…turns out one of our kids didn’t shut their window right. I went ahead and purchased a Dehumidifier and a Reme Halo and these guys came over and installed it. Top notch team that won’t try to over sell ya. Went ahead and purchased a service contract with them as they have earned my trust.

When our AC motor went out last year, right away they came out and replaced it, saving us 500 over another company. This year our Coil and Condenser died. Our system was 14 years old. I got quotes and no one could beat Wesley and his team on price, or get a new unit installed as fast. Plus, they even loaned us window units until they could come back. That’s true service.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Firehouse and their tech, Fardeen. Quick response and knowledgeable service. Fardeen was thorough and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also suggested several preemptive actions we could take to improve performance and lengthen the life of our system. We will be using Firehouse for our future HVAC needs.

Firehouse Heating and Air was the best company to work with. Very professional and respectful of our home. Even wearing shoe covers so they don’t drag in dirt. Jason Prince was the man we worked with and he was outstanding. He explained everything clearly. He and his team helped us hang a light fixture that fell. So great. Within 15 minutes Wesley was at my door to help diagnose our ac issues! Now that’s unheard of service now-a-days! We were greeted with a handshake and a smile then he was off to work…The end result? Well, all I can say is, we are happy and the “cool” kids on the block!
