Wayne installed our AC unit a few years ago and he worked very hard to get us the best price for a unit. He worked with us over our concerns of having vaulted ceilings and needing to go up just a little bit in size to be able to adequately cool our house. He worked very hard putting it in and in my opinion went the extra mile in customer service. This was the first year that I started to have any trouble with the unit cooling. We thought for sure that our condenser went out and that we were about to spend a ton of money to fix it. But Matt came out yesterday and spent hours cleaning our unit. It had dirt and grass and cotton wood cotton all over the outside that was keeping it from getting any air to the unit. Now that it has been cleaned it is running much better. And it didn’t cost us the fortune we expected it to. They even sent another young man out today to double check it and make sure it was still running well. I am very grateful for this company and it’s extraordinary customer service. I would highly recommend them.

We were having a humidity issue…turns out one of our kids didn’t shut their window right. I went ahead and purchased a Dehumidifier and a Reme Halo and these guys came over and installed it. Top notch team that won’t try to over sell ya. Went ahead and purchased a service contract with them as they have earned my trust.
