Incredibly quick turnaround time for my request. Every staff member that I spoke to was kind and professional. Text notifications with arrival time was incredibly helpful. Matthieu addressed my thermostat wiring relocation quickly and efficiently. Got my smart thermostat working and we were good to continue our construction. Gave great advice on how to take care of hvac systems during construction as well as some things to research to help with allergies. I have no hesitation recommending and will use again for hvac maintenance.

They quickly responded to my call when I needed a repair. Both guys that came out were very courteous and very professional. Firehouse Heating & Air is a company with integrity, which is extremely important and rare these days. There was a problem with the initial install of my split and Wesley and Dusty assured me that the issue would be resolved no matter what. They stood by there word and made sure the job was completed.
