Each Firehouse employee I encountered was professional, courteous and respectful. They were informative and communicative throughout the process. I went awhile without AC but as soon as I called Firehouse, I was taken care of immediately. They even worked to get a new unit installed at my house within 24 hours. Securing financing was easy with their user-friendly system and my questions have always been answered promptly. It’s been a super easy process working with them for which I am thankful.

I have had the opportunity to interact with this company on 2 different occasions for 2 very different tasks. I am so thankful I chose this company. The 1st time we were buying a house and an air duct wasn’t blowing air so I asked for a free quote on how much it would be to fix so we would be able to give the sellers an exact number. They were the ONLY ones that would do a free estimate and the man who came out said it was nothing more than a kinked duct and would only cost a trip fee. He said it was am easy fix and didn’t require much work. He was kind, patient, and very helpful! The 2nd time was a month later, we moved in 4 days ago, and the AC quit… 😣 I called and was told they couldn’t be out until 6-7 that night. Having 2 little kids that go to bed at 7:30 that would’ve been very difficult. I agreed, but expressed that if they could make it work sooner, then please do. Not 15 minutes later, I get a call back from Kyndal (who is fabulous) saying she had someone become available and she is sending him over within an hour. He was there is 20 minutes! 🙌 He worked for over an hour and explained everything to me thoroughly. He showed me parts and gave me visuals of what wasn’t working properly… he even cleaned up after he was done and did not overcharge me. I am so pleased with this company and I will not use anyone else! Thank you!

We had a very good experience with Firehouse heating and air. Jordan was on time and very professional. Most importantly they did an accurate analysis of the problem and did not try to upsell us anything. Very impressive!

After trying another service company that did not fix my AC issue, I am SO thankful I found Firehouse Heating & AC. I called at 8 AM and they had someone at my house the same day. Paul was absolutely amazing! He was so personable and patient. He answered all my questions and didn’t leave until my AC units were both blowing cold air. The pricing was upfront and fair. I will be using them for all my AC & heating maintenance and repair needs!!!

Wesley, the owner, came to look at our system and was professional, honest, and thorough. I am not one for writing reviews but after an initial quote of $20,000 and replacing everything in and out of our home, I panicked and contacted Firehouse Heating and Air for a second opinion.. he came in less than an hour and after looking gave solutions and maintenance suggestions that didn’t require anything but me and my husband to do. So the bottom line for me in this experience is the clear difference in an honest company such as this one and a competitor is $20,000 saved. Thank you Wesley and staff, we will be using your services from now on in all capacities you offer.

Fardeen and Reuben came over early for a Saturday appointment to resolve an air conditioning issue (appointment was at 3-5pm, but they called when were able to come at 1pm – which was great!). After the inside checks were completed, I decided to go outside with them, and Fardeen rapidly diagnosed the issues and working with Reuben, shared the measurements and symptoms of the issues, replaced the marginally working capacitor that I had delayed replacing in the Spring (my bad move), installed a new component to reduce strain on the system during startup (overloading), corrected a leak and recharged the system, and even fixed a loud vibration caused by a loose screw that I could not hear inside the house, but I’m sure the neighbors will appreciate. Fardeen and Reuben both had great attitudes, great service, and were very professional. They reflect well on Firehouse Heating and Air and themselves. Thank you so much for sending them over! BTW: The maintenance service from Firehouse Heating and Air was well worth the cost, provided priority service, and earned a discount on this work. I don’t normally write reviews, but these guys were the best.

Paul was so friendly & informative. He did a thorough job & caught a couple of not-apparent issues that could have meant pricey future repairs. He took extensive before & after photos during the cleaning & maintenance & kept us up to the minute. He was great.

This place and their staff are amazing. Paul came to my residence and was professional, on time and ready find out what the problem was for my AC unit. He took the time to listen to me and the issues I had with my AC in this crazy Texas heat, did a thorough evaluation of the duct/fan systems inside the apartment and even went outside to check the unit itself. He found issues with the entire duct system, listed next steps that needed to take place in my apartment for optimum cooling and was confident that he and his team could resolve every problem. I felt heard, seen and taken care of. I fully believe that without Pauls’ professional evaluation, my pets and I would still be melting in my apartment. We were having a humidity issue…turns out one of our kids didn’t shut their window right. I went ahead and purchased a Dehumidifier and a Reme Halo and these guys came over and installed it. Top notch team that won’t try to over sell ya. Went ahead and purchased a service contract with them as they have earned my trust.
