I originally called another company to check out my AC since it was not working, and I felt like I was getting ripped off – their explanation did not make sense. So I mentioned this at work, that I wanted a second opinion and quickly, 2 colleagues told me to call Firehouse Heating & AC. I called right away, and by afternoon, it was working! I feel I can trust this crew to do a great job for a fair price because they are also firemen. Something about firemen fixing fried wires is comforting.
After trying another service company that did not fix my AC issue, I am SO thankful I found Firehouse Heating & AC. I called at 8 AM and they had someone at my house the same day. Paul was absolutely amazing! He was so personable and patient. He answered all my questions and didn’t leave until my AC units were both blowing cold air. The pricing was upfront and fair. I will be using them for all my AC & heating maintenance and repair needs!!!

Who would ever think that you would have to call an AC company in December to come and fix the AC because it’s hot outside in December??!!! Well that was the case and Jordan is a Godsend! He was prompt and explained everything that was going on. He was able to make the repair that was needed!
