Simply the Best out there! I’d recommend FH heating and AC to everyone!!
As part of our contract with Firehouse, our heating system received a checkup. The tech, Sam, was in communication with me prior to the appointment and showed up right on time. He didn’t waste any time servicing the heater. When he came down from the attic, he described everything he had done. He had a list of recommendations such as a surge protector or duct cleaning, but there wasn’t any pressure to purchase. I appreciated that. We are very pleased with Firehouse. Their techs are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in appearance.
We were elated to finally find a AC/Heating company that was trustworthy, honest and timely. Wayne answered the phone when I called and was so caring and concerned. Within 15 minutes Wesley was at my door to help diagnose our ac issues! Now that’s unheard of service now-a-days! We were greeted with a handshake and a smile then he was off to work…The end result? Well, all I can say is, we are happy and the “cool” kids on the block!
My technician was excellent. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Fardeen explained everything he was checking and then went over what he found.

Each Firehouse employee I encountered was professional, courteous and respectful. They were informative and communicative throughout the process. I went awhile without AC but as soon as I called Firehouse, I was taken care of immediately. They even worked to get a new unit installed at my house within 24 hours. Securing financing was easy with their user-friendly system and my questions have always been answered promptly. It’s been a super easy process working with them for which I am thankful.
I’m not sure how to give a 5 star rating with this new “recommendation” system Facebook has, but definitely 5 stars! I called them in the morning and they were out at my house about 3 hours later. They found and fixed my problem within half an hour. I actually need to replace my whole system and they were able to finance me and get me $1000 off what the original quote was. Won’t be using anyone else ever again!
