This place and their staff are amazing. Paul came to my residence and was professional, on time and ready find out what the problem was for my AC unit. He took the time to listen to me and the issues I had with my AC in this crazy Texas heat, did a thorough evaluation of the duct/fan systems inside the apartment and even went outside to check the unit itself. He found issues with the entire duct system, listed next steps that needed to take place in my apartment for optimum cooling and was confident that he and his team could resolve every problem. I felt heard, seen and taken care of. I fully believe that without Pauls’ professional evaluation, my pets and I would still be melting in my apartment. I want to give a huge shoutout for Dusty and his team at Firehouse. I recently had them complete a job for me at my house, but there was an electrical issue that I had overlooked. My fault completely, but while that was being fixed, Dusty communicated with me every day, staying in the loop, ensuring that he was doing all he could to help. These guys were communicative, showed up when they said they would, and did impressive work, in a timely fashion. Pricing? Glad you asked. They were totally transparent and more than fair in their pricing for the job. If you have any questions or would like for them to give you a quote, do yourself a favor and ask for Dusty and his tech Jordan. Great guys with a great company.

When our A/C went out in the middle of a severe heat wave, I called Firehouse Heating & Air. Though they were booked up, they scheduled me 3 days out; however, they later notified me they could come out the next day. Our A/C needed a new part, which they thought would have to be ordered (out of stock) so scheduled us 2-days out to install the part. However, the owner went the extra mile to find the part and came out the next morning to make the repair. Wesley was courteous, prompt and sensitive to the cost-factors, trying for the best pricing, etc. I would highly recommend Firehouse Heating & Air for any heating or A/C needs. They are friendly, consciences, reliable and customer-focused.

Jason was really great to work with. He was knowledgeable and was able to explain in detail as to what was needed and why. I had some unrelated issues come up and he followed up numerous times to offer his assistance and to check in. I was so impressed as he didn’t have to do that as it was unrelated to the A/C system. I highly recommend Jason and Firehouse Heating and Air!
