Everyone with Firehouse Heating and Air was extremely professional and helpful. The associates arrived at our house on time, explained what they were going to do, and did a fabulous job with cleaning our air ducts!!! We could not ask for more, and we will definitely use them again. They were very polite and made the entire process easy for us!
Reuben was on time and very thorough. He answered my questions and provided information on potential upgrades to our system. As will happen, an issue did occur after he left but after a bit of a miscue with the office, Reuben did return later in the day and quickly restored the system operation. We appreciate his dedication to excellence and will welcome him back for our next annual maintenance check.
Jordan provided excellent and professional winter service on both of our units. When finished, he provided a comprehensive report as well as explained what he did and what he found. Great job Jordan.

Big Shoutout to Mark for all his help. We called several companies and we felt they were trying to make a few extra bucks off my elderly mother. Mark did not, he was fantastic. Quick and easy and was a third of the price of the other companies
Called them out because AC stop working. Was very nice and helpful but I needed a new AC unit. The last one that was put in was done wrong and no other AC repair personal told us this. They even showed us the proof. Unit outside used 410 and inside was for a 210, this was what was causing the problem for years (incompatible). Had to get new unit inside and out. They will put it in later this week. I let you know how that goes but right now they are the best in the area for honesty plus great services. Thank you Firehouse.
Paul S was awesome!! Our AC went out during one of those 100+ degree days. Firehouse Heating and Air sent Paul who was able to come out earlier than expected, diagnose the issue (bad capacitor) and repair all within an hour. Not only professional service, but the overall cost was a great deal. Thank you to the team at Firehouse!! Saved the day.
Each Firehouse employee I encountered was professional, courteous and respectful. They were informative and communicative throughout the process. I went awhile without AC but as soon as I called Firehouse, I was taken care of immediately. They even worked to get a new unit installed at my house within 24 hours. Securing financing was easy with their user-friendly system and my questions have always been answered promptly. It’s been a super easy process working with them for which I am thankful.
