Over the past several years our family has purchased FOUR heating and AC systems from the FireHouse company. The service and products have been outstanding. The prices have been well below those of other companies, and the individual attention of Wesley and others has made us feel comfortable dealing with them. We recently found out about Firehouse Heating and Air from a friend of ours. We called them to come fix our ac. They were so friendly and also very affordable…which means a lot to us. They also offer a great maintenance plan for your ac unit. Every time we call with a question they answer and they really take the time to help. We highly recommend using them.

I have known Wesley for 13 years, and have served beside him for many of those years. When my HVAC experienced problems, I called my friend and he did everything he could to help us survive the Texas summer until I could afford to fix it after the summer heat. The installers were very courteous and hardworking. They worked with me before installation to address any concerns and questions I had, and followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. Fantastic company!

Firehouse heating and air replaced our entire system. The service was outstanding! The workers were considerate, knowledgeable, and friendly. After all the work was completed they went over all of it with me explaining what they had installed and how to maintain it. The cost was reasonable and competitive in the market. It is a relief to finally have a company I can call with confidence when I need service in the future.

They make sure you are treated right and the work they do is top notched. We got a new unit with them and they made sure everything worked right and had no issues cooling our house. They also make sure you are taken care of cause they brought us a window unit till our AC was fixed. Have been recommending them to people needing AC work done.

Fardeen and Reuben came over early for a Saturday appointment to resolve an air conditioning issue (appointment was at 3-5pm, but they called when were able to come at 1pm – which was great!). After the inside checks were completed, I decided to go outside with them, and Fardeen rapidly diagnosed the issues and working with Reuben, shared the measurements and symptoms of the issues, replaced the marginally working capacitor that I had delayed replacing in the Spring (my bad move), installed a new component to reduce strain on the system during startup (overloading), corrected a leak and recharged the system, and even fixed a loud vibration caused by a loose screw that I could not hear inside the house, but I’m sure the neighbors will appreciate. Fardeen and Reuben both had great attitudes, great service, and were very professional. They reflect well on Firehouse Heating and Air and themselves. Thank you so much for sending them over! BTW: The maintenance service from Firehouse Heating and Air was well worth the cost, provided priority service, and earned a discount on this work. I don’t normally write reviews, but these guys were the best.

From initial estimate to work completed, these folks did a great job. If you need a reliable HVAC company, be assured Dusty and his team will take great care of you.

Very impressive company. I thought about going with the HVAC company that I used last year since it was slightly cheaper. I am so glad that I didn’t do that. More came with their inspection than the previous company. I work in a hospital. Some of the patients that I provide care to have Covid-19. So I was impressed when I opened the door and see the service technician wearing a mask, shoe covers, and social distancing. All employees are vaccinated. The tech was prompt and professional. He answered any questions that I had. I am very happy with their service and plan to enroll into their annual service plan.
