Firehouse Heating & Air came to our home to inspect the air conditioning. They found the system was leaking (as we suspected) and they provided pictures of the issues identified. They discussed a list of options available to us, and we decided to have a new furnace and air conditioning installed. They provided us with financing options which suited our ability to pay over time. The installation work was accomplished on schedule, in one day. They even checked in with us after the installation and made sure we knew how to work the new thermostat. Fantastic service, great value.

Firehouse heating and air was great. I had a furnace break a day before the huge freeze this year with a brand new 10 week old baby at home. The guys at firehouse where able to get out the very next day and install a whole unit in a quick and timely manner so my family and better my water pipes did not have to fight through the cold. I would highly recommend this company. Great guys who are firefighters and great service.

Wayne installed our AC unit a few years ago and he worked very hard to get us the best price for a unit. He worked with us over our concerns of having vaulted ceilings and needing to go up just a little bit in size to be able to adequately cool our house. He worked very hard putting it in and in my opinion went the extra mile in customer service. This was the first year that I started to have any trouble with the unit cooling. We thought for sure that our condenser went out and that we were about to spend a ton of money to fix it. But Matt came out yesterday and spent hours cleaning our unit. It had dirt and grass and cotton wood cotton all over the outside that was keeping it from getting any air to the unit. Now that it has been cleaned it is running much better. And it didn’t cost us the fortune we expected it to. They even sent another young man out today to double check it and make sure it was still running well. I am very grateful for this company and it’s extraordinary customer service. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are the best! I had one company quote me $1200 to diagnose issues on my air-conditioners. Firehouse not only diagnosed my problem but fixed it for half that price! Mark, Erik, and Jr. did a great job and were very knowledgeable on what they were doing. A+++

Sam was great. He was thorough and professional. He assessed my HVAC circumstances, explained any deficiencies and offered solutions to them on the spot.

Reuben arrived promptly, put on shoe covers to keep our floor clean, and checked both my hvac systems for potential problems and recommended replacing a capacitor that was out of tolerance to prevent the a/c motor prematurely failing. He was friendly and efficient, and is a reason I will keep using Firehouse Heating and Air.

They came out to our home the day after we called, the price was reasonable, the administrative service was great, and the technician was so knowledgeable and had my air conditioning cooling again in no time! 👍🏻👍🏻
