We are so happy from our experience with Firehouse. Our tech Fardeen, from our diagnostic appointment, was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything so that we could truly understand the issues we were facing with our AC. The service team with Saul and James did an amazing job cleaning our ducts and installing our new dampers. Firehouse Heating & Air is a company with integrity, which is extremely important and rare these days. There was a problem with the initial install of my split and Wesley and Dusty assured me that the issue would be resolved no matter what. They stood by there word and made sure the job was completed. They really value their customers and it shows in their interactions and work. I highly recommend them!

Firehouse heating and air replaced our entire system. The service was outstanding! The workers were considerate, knowledgeable, and friendly. After all the work was completed they went over all of it with me explaining what they had installed and how to maintain it. The cost was reasonable and competitive in the market. It is a relief to finally have a company I can call with confidence when I need service in the future.

Called them out because AC stop working. Was very nice and helpful but I needed a new AC unit. The last one that was put in was done wrong and no other AC repair personal told us this. They even showed us the proof. Unit outside used 410 and inside was for a 210, this was what was causing the problem for years (incompatible). Had to get new unit inside and out. They will put it in later this week. I let you know how that goes but right now they are the best in the area for honesty plus great services. Thank you Firehouse.

Thorough and honest company

Paul was so friendly & informative. He did a thorough job & caught a couple of not-apparent issues that could have meant pricey future repairs. He took extensive before & after photos during the cleaning & maintenance & kept us up to the minute. He was great.
