I recently had the pleasure of working with Firehouse Heating & Air and HVAC technician, Jordon, for a service call at my home in Grapevine, TX, and I am delighted to share my exceptional experience. When our AC motor went out last year, right away they came out and replaced it, saving us 500 over another company. This year our Coil and Condenser died. Our system was 14 years old. I got quotes and no one could beat Wesley and his team on price, or get a new unit installed as fast. Plus, they even loaned us window units until they could come back. That’s true service.

Each Firehouse employee I encountered was professional, courteous and respectful. They were informative and communicative throughout the process. I went awhile without AC but as soon as I called Firehouse, I was taken care of immediately. They even worked to get a new unit installed at my house within 24 hours. Securing financing was easy with their user-friendly system and my questions have always been answered promptly. It’s been a super easy process working with them for which I am thankful.

We were having a humidity issue…turns out one of our kids didn’t shut their window right. I went ahead and purchased a Dehumidifier and a Reme Halo and these guys came over and installed it. Top notch team that won’t try to over sell ya. Went ahead and purchased a service contract with them as they have earned my trust.

I was referred to Firehouse Heating and Air and can’t say enough positive things about them! From the office staff to the guys who came out to trouble shoot and fix my a/c, they are professional, on time, qualified, certified, licensed, trustworthy and very competitive on price. Matt Jr was the person who serviced my air conditioning. He was on time exactly, he was very courteous, he showed me the problem with the air conditioning, repaired it quickly, he also showed up in a face mask and gloves. Thank you Matt I appreciate the job well done
