I recently had the pleasure of working with Firehouse Heating & Air and HVAC technician, Jordon, for a service call at my home in Grapevine, TX, and I am delighted to share my exceptional experience. From start to finish, Jordon displayed a high level of expertise, professionalism, and genuine dedication to resolving the issue.

Jordon arrived promptly at the scheduled time and greeted me with a friendly and courteous demeanor. He took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and asked pertinent questions to fully understand the problem. I was impressed by his attentiveness and genuine interest in addressing the issue effectively.

Throughout the service call, Jordon exhibited profound technical knowledge and skill. He meticulously examined the HVAC system, thoroughly explained his findings, and patiently answered all of my questions. I greatly appreciated his ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Scheduling was simple. Technician was on time, polite, thorough, and helpful. Signed up for the annual maintenance plan (great deal!) and purchased air filters (reasonably priced).

I called my Home Warranty Company when the AC went out. I figured I would probably have to call whoever they suggested but to my surprise Firehouse called me at 8 am the following morning and offering help the same day. Wesley was at our house at the time promised! Polite, friendly and sympathetic to our problem, they are now my go to Heating & Air Specialists!

Really impressed with this company, very professional and friendly, excellent troubleshooting, extremely knowledgeable We had a very complicated humidity problem and they were able to find the problems and fix them. Highly recommend.

**BEST A/C REPAIR SERVICE EVER**

I read the reviews before calling them, and thought, “Wow, they seem too good to be true!” However, they lived up to the hype. My service tech was named Wayne. I will be breaking this into categories for other readers.

Convenience – Other service companies I have used in the past, set 4 hour windows, which made it hard to schedule around work or a lunch break. Wayne called me at 8 and set an appt with a 30 minute window, 1130-1200 and he was on time!

Integrity – In a world where service techs and companies are constantly trying to up-sell, and fix things that aren’t broken, or back their way into fixing problems thereby replacing parts that weren’t broken. I was the most impressed with Firehouse. Wayne took less than 5 minutes to find the source of the problem and replaced only what was broken. He didn’t push parts and service I didn’t need and had the repair completed within 20 minutes!

Professionalism – Wayne was courteous as service techs should be, but past that he was also exemplified kindness and humility. He was also, clean and professionally dressed.

Budget / Pricing – I hit on this one a little in the integrity section, but felt the need to reaffirm. Pricing was fair and at no point did I feel dissatisfied. I got what I paid for. Labor parts, etc. were all reasonably priced.

Overall – I will definitely use this company again. They are the epitome of what all American Service companies should strive to be. They have earned my lifetime customer loyalty.

Firehouse Heating & Air came to our home to inspect the air conditioning. They found the system was leaking (as we suspected) and they provided pictures of the issues identified. They discussed a list of options available to us, and we decided to have a new furnace and air conditioning installed. They provided us with financing options which suited our ability to pay over time. The installation work was accomplished on schedule, in one day. They even checked in with us after the installation and made sure we knew how to work the new thermostat. Fantastic service, great value.

I cannot say enough about these people. When my mothers AC went out I was in New York. My Father is elderly and also facing some challenging health issues. Although the unit was out and could not be repaired these guys installed AC window units to keep them cool until I returned. You do not see this type of care and I can truly say that I am grateful. I think they go above and beyond to help people and take their Job as fireman and blend the same values into their business.We are truly grateful and I personally owe these men for taking such good care of my parents…

Air went out on the hottest day of the summer! They came within an hour and fixed our air unit quick and very inexpensively !Kind, courteous and speedy! Will definitely use them again and whole heartedly reccomend them!
