Gave great advice on how to take care of hvac systems during construction as well as some things to research to help with allergies. Wayne installed our AC unit a few years ago and he worked very hard to get us the best price for a unit. He worked with us over our concerns of having vaulted ceilings and needing to go up just a little bit in size to be able to adequately cool our house. He worked very hard putting it in and in my opinion went the extra mile in customer service. This was the first year that I started to have any trouble with the unit cooling. We thought for sure that our condenser went out and that we were about to spend a ton of money to fix it. But Matt came out yesterday and spent hours cleaning our unit. It had dirt and grass and cotton wood cotton all over the outside that was keeping it from getting any air to the unit. Now that it has been cleaned it is running much better. And it didn’t cost us the fortune we expected it to. They even sent another young man out today to double check it and make sure it was still running well. I am very grateful for this company and it’s extraordinary customer service. I would highly recommend them.

My AC stopped cooling and my outside unit started making a humming noise and the fan wasn’t turning. I called Firehouse heating and air they sent out Paul to check it out. Paul was very professional – even wore booties before entering our home. He quickly found the problem, obtained the parts and had it running! I can’t say enough great things about this company, Thanks Firehouse Heating and Air!
When our AC motor went out last year, right away they came out and replaced it, saving us 500 over another company. This year our Coil and Condenser died. Our system was 14 years old. I got quotes and no one could beat Wesley and his team on price, or get a new unit installed as fast. Plus, they even loaned us window units until they could come back. That’s true service.
The Firehouse crew cleaned our ducts and checked out our system for the summer. We did have a couple of things that need to be addressed but were ok for the time being. They let us know our options with no hard sell. Their work was efficient and thorough, they were very curious and professional. Firehouse is our new AC company.
Scheduling was simple. Technician was on time, polite, thorough, and helpful. Signed up for the annual maintenance plan (great deal!) and purchased air filters (reasonably priced).
Service was as good, everything was explained, and they were courteous.
